Tierra POV
"Esss Cake mommy" Tahir said pointing to the cake that sat on the island.
"Yes Chunk that's Heiress' cake, did you tell her happy birthday" I asked him as I dried off my hands.
"Bifday" he smiled.
I smiled too.
"So sweet chunk" I said.
Heiress had her birthday party yesterday on Friday but we also were singing happy birthday to her today as well before her, Taj and I go out for Valentine's Day.
"How come Heiress gets 2 cakes for her birthday but I only got 1" Tai said as he walked into the kitchen with Taj and Heiress.
"G you lucky you even get to eat any cake" Taj said.
The kids got report cards after break and academically he was passing but he had different little notes saying he runs his mouth too much.
Tai sucked his teeth.
I fixed Heiress' tutu when Taj sat her on the island and she stood up.
"Papa come on" I called out.
"I'm right here" he said walking in.
"Aight y'all ready" Taj asked.
I lit the number three candle and we sung happy birthday and then Heiress blew out her candle and we cheered.
"Yay mamas, how old are you now" I asked her.
"Three mommy" she said holding up three fingers.
I hugged her to me "my big girl" I said kissing her cheeks.
"Aye" Taj said grabbing Tahirs hand before he could grab a chunk of the cake.
"No" he yelled.
Taj took him off the counter.
"G chill out" he said holding him up in the air.
"Cake dada" he said pointing to it.
"Calm down you gonna get a piece" Taj said to him.
I helped Heiress cut her slice first and then I cut Taj and the boys a slice.
"Ah mommy" Heiress said holding up a spoonful of cake.
I opened my mouth and she carefully fed me some.
"Mmm thank you lovie" I said to her.
She smiled and we shared a kiss. After having cake we got them ready so we could drop the boys off to my moms house.
She was getting all her grandsons tonight and they all were staying the night since the kids are having a three day weekend with no school Monday.
"Mommy next time I want to come with you for Valentine's Day" Tai said as he stood in my door way.
"You want mommy to take you on a date" I asked looking down at him.
"Yes only me and you and not daddy" he said.
"Nigga imma come if I want to" Taj said as he got Tahir out his car seat.
Tai looked at him and then at me.
"Me and you can go on a date okay but you have to get green all week and then we can go" I said caressing his cheeks.
"Okay" he smiled.
He climbed up the truck and we shared a kiss.
"I love you and I'll see you in a few days okay" I said.
