"I want product off the streets and I want us to start using the club to push what is left of the last shipment. The streets is hot right now and the last thing we need is police having us on their radar.
We've been making it this long without raising any suspicion and I want us to keep it that way" I said.
I got some yes and head nods.
"Okay you'll know when things are back in full effect until then lay low" I said.
After the meeting I left and went to get the club ready for Mika's party.
She was turning 18 and wanted a club party so Taj let us have her party at his club Ace tonight.
I went to see how things were coming along and it was looking good. Trinity is a party planner so I let her handle all of that while I just write the check.
Taj offered to pay but using his club on a Saturday night was enough.
After checking things out at the club I took Mika to pick up her custom dress and I brought her to my house so she could get ready.
I had a makeup artist to do our makeup and two of her friends that was here.
I sat getting my hair touched up.
I had a middle part body wave wig that I was getting touched up. I got it put in yesterday.
I heard a knock on the door and looked up and saw Taj.
"What you doing here" I asked.
"I came to check on y'all since I was in the neighborhood" he said.
"Nigga you live around the corner" I said.
He shrugged.
"So I got a limmo for y'all I was able to get my hands on one last minute" he said.
"Taj" I said.
"G Mika my lil sister too and she asked for it" he said.
"I told her don't ask you for shit else after you said yes to the club" I said.
"G it's smooth but I told him come around 10 to come get y'all" he said.
"Okay thank you" I said.
"Of course I'll see y'all at the party" he said.
"Okay" I said and he left.
"Um girl he got a brother" my hairstylist asked.
"Girl he too young for you I don't play about my baby" I said.
She briefly threw her hands up and we laughed.
As promised we road in the limmo to the club and Taj added a read carpet and got some photographers as if this was some whole celebrity event.
We went inside and they had a dance floor and sections.
We went inside most guest already here so we started the party.
Mika was having the time of her life and I was glad. I was so proud of her she as really my first kid.
Trinity and Toya was here and since it was an 18 year old party I didn't have any drinks but they snuck some in for us and we had some.
I stood in the section and did a little sway as some music played and watched Mika and her friends on the dance floor.
"What you drinking on" I heard.
Taj took my cup and drank some.
"You know how you get off that dark shit" he said.
"This all they brought and I forgot my blunt" I said.
