Seven years ago. New York...

Two weeks have passed since that day at the museum. The girls continued to grow closer day after day, spending time together.

That day, Freen told the brown-haired that she had no one. That she's lonely and Becca can't get her words out of her head the whole time. Her thoughts sometimes revolve only about Freen and what she had to endure. Who has she lost and what lies behind her bright smile.

Becca doesn't try.

The brown-haired girl doesn't try to put pressure on Freen or try to force information out of her. She still holds the thought in her head that if Freen wants to, she will tell. Becca understands that she must let the girl know that she trusts her and, perhaps, then Freen will respond in kind.

Becca tries to talk openly with Freen. If Freen asks about something, for example, about Billy, work, hobbies, Becca tells. The last thing she wants is to keep something from the brunette, and she just as much wants Freen to keep something from her.

The fact that the brunette girl is lonely causes Becca almost physical pain, because the realization that the girl has no one kills her. It's hard for Becca to even imagine what it's like.

What it's like to always be alone, listening to the silence, sitting in your van on lonely nights. It is possible to get away with casual connections and again leave another town that you will most likely never see again. What it's like not making friends because you know you won't stay here. What it's like to not get attached to people and keep your distance. Be only in your thoughts.

Becca has no idea.

Today, on one of the beautiful and sunny days, the girls with Heng and Nam decided to go out for a walk, and the place for this was the zoo.

During these two weeks, Becca showed Freen many places in New York, but this time the girls decided to just relax and have a good time with friends.

Almost the entire day, the girls wandered around the zoo, admiring its beauty and the animals living in it. For the first time in a long time, the guys felt so good, and they felt happy and rested.

They didn't even notice how the evening was passing and it was getting colder. Most likely, the park will be closed in a week, because autumn has arrived and it is already starting to get colder, which is, in principle, noticeable by the way Freen begins to shiver when evening comes.

"Are you cold?" the brown-haired asks, holding Freen's hand, but feeling how it squeezes her palm and trembles.

"Just a little bit" the smile doesn't leave Freen's face, and she looks into green eyes as she continues to follow Heng and Nam along the path.

"Come here" Becca stops and immediately pulls Freen to her, hugging her tightly.

Becca has been wearing a gray coat for a long time, and Freen is wearing a light jacket, which is certainly not suitable for cold evenings. The brunette hugs Becca under her coat and immediately lets out a blissful whine as she feels the warmth from Becca's body.

"God, how cold you are" the brown-haired is surprised, feeling the girl's icy hands under her coat.

"Sorry" Freen says guiltily, and then lays her head on Becca's shoulder, closing her eyes.

Becca feels Freen's trembling subside.

"Let's try to find some cafe here" the brown-haired gives the idea, and Freen just snuggles closer to the girl.
