Present time...

A week has passed since the meeting in Chicago with Naomi and her fiancé. Literally, the upcoming bachelorette and bachelor parties were just around the corner, to which the same company was invited. In addition to this, Nam is coming for a couple of days, as promised. Her message about her arrival was unexpected, but incredibly joyful for the girls. Unfortunately, Heng and Harry can't come, but Nam will be enough.

Also the other day, Becca spoke on the phone with Ling, and she, recalling the brown-haired girl's last attack, ordered her to come to the hospital so that the woman could check the girl's condition. The maternal instinct flared up in her again, as in Munich.

"Babe, will you meet Nam?" Becca asks, simultaneously pulling on her black jeans, hopping on one leg.

Freen continues to sit cross-legged on the bed, looking at something on the laptop, squinting a little from the sun, which is impudently shining into her eyes and the monitor.

"Yes. I'll go soon" the brunette answers without looking up from her laptop.

"Great. I'll be back around lunchtime" Becca continues hastily, looking at her wristwatch.

"By the way, where are you going?" the girl suddenly asks, looking up at Becca, who is already fully dressed.

Becca answers with complete calm that she can't even find fault:

"Meeting with a partner. I don't think this will last long" she smiles weakly and, going up to the bed, leans a little closer and kisses Freen on the top of her head, and then, stepping away from her, heads out of the room.

"We'll wait" Freen says after her, and then returns all her attention to the laptop.

Within about twenty minutes, Becca was sitting in Ling's office, relaxed in her chair, twitching her leg and looking at her watch.

"Hello, honey. Sorry for being late" the woman begins, entering her office.

She kisses Becca on the top of her head, and then walks around the table and sits down at it.

"It's okay. I'm not in a hurry" the brown-haired answers with a smile, continuing to sit in the same position.

"Okay" Ling nods. "How do you feel?" the woman immediately gets down to business, folding her hands on the table and carefully looking into the eyes opposite.

Becca shrugs nonchalantly.

"Fine. No problems, breathing is fine" the girl answers.

"Freen still doesn't know?"

"No" Becca immediately shakes her head.

"She was really scared then" the woman sighs, getting up from her chair. "Let me listen to your breathing."

Becca nods and stands up from her chair. Ling approaches the girl and, removing the stethoscope from her neck, begins to listen to the girl's breathing.

After listening to her breathing, the woman was convinced that there were no problems. Everything is also in order, and nothing has changed since the last time. Of course, it would be safer for her to prescribe Becca a bunch of procedures and send her for a full examination, but there is no need for this yet, and not much time has passed since the last one.

"Everything is fine?" the brown-haired girl asks, lowering her T-shirt down, sitting back in the chair.

"Yes. I'm happy with everything. I had to personally make sure you were okay and that you weren't in trouble" Ling nods, hanging the stethoscope back around her neck as she sits down in her chair.
