Andrea - POV:
Christie kept complaining about how I was spending so much time with Nick, and I couldn't argue with her. I was. For the past few weeks I had been with him almost every weekend, but I couldn't help myself. When I was with him I felt alive, and like I was in high school again. This weekend he was taking me for a "drive". I put it like that because he said it wasn't going to be a normal drive, but one that I would never forget. I was very excited, almost too excited and throughout the week I couldn't even concentrate on work. I decided to invite Christie over on Friday for our annual movie night because I felt bad for all the time I was spending with Nick.
"When am I gonna actually meet this guy you're so head over heels for?" Christie asked.
I rolled my eyes. "I'm not head over heels for him. We've only been talking for two months."
Christie scoffed, not believing a word I said. I didn't know why she didn't believe me. I mean yes, I did really like Nick and I enjoyed his company but it wasn't like we were rushing to Vegas to elope.
"I mean, I just want to know who my best friend is associated with. I don't want you to get hurt."
I sighed. "Christie weren't you the one telling me I needed a boyfriend? That I needed to have fun for once?"
She just looked and me and shrugged. I decided to change the subject because I didn't want to ruin our girls night arguing about boys. We decided to watch Stephen King's original movie 'Carrie' and we ate tons of junk food. At the end of the night I walked Christie to her car.
"Here don't forget you're phone." I said, as I handed Christie her iPhone.
She smiled and gave me a hug. "Thanks. I had a lot of fun tonight. I miss these little hangouts."
I squeezed her as hard as I could and we both laughed. "Me too. Thanks for coming over."
Christie leaned against her car and sighed. "I didn't want to seem like the annoying friend type. You've just been spending so much time with this Nick guy and I want to make sure my friend is safe."
I hugged her again and smiled. "Christie I'm safe. He's an amazing guy and I don't think he would ever hurt me. I'll let you meet him sometime if you really want to."
As that was said Christie slipped in her car and I waved as she drove off, then I headed back inside for bed.

Nick told me to dress comfortable for our little date today so I decided to wear a plain gray sweatshirt, black leggings, and a pair of gray flats. I straightened my hair to perfection and put a light amount of makeup on. I guess I was a little too anxious to see him because I was ready an hour before he was supposed to show. When he finally did show, I jumped up from my bed like a girl on crack and practically ran to the door.
Calm down Andrea. It's just Nick.
I stopped speeding to the door, and pretended to be nonchalant by waiting five seconds before opening it. My stomach did a flip flop when I saw him. It felt like I hadn't seen him in forever when it only had been a few days. He was wearing dark jeans, a navy blue hood and a pair of Nike's. He looked so yummy. He gave me a dazzling smile and held his hand out to me. "You look nice. Are you ready?"
I blushed and nodded. "Thank you and yes."
I grabbed my hand holding it in mine and my heart skipped a beat. As we walked to his car I looked up at him. "So what exactly are we doing?"
"I told you. Just a drive."
I shook my head, at the fact that he wasn't going to tell me, and noticed as he opened the passenger door to his car it wasn't his Mercedes anymore. It was a white convertible Audi R8. I gaped at it and he chuckled. "What?"
