Chapter 30: The return home

Emilia's POV
I couldn't sleep at all last night. It's about the fact that I'm going home, I can't wait to get home and see Locki. It's the fact that I may not see my dad ever again. I may not see him again because I'll be busy with my tour for my four years and then I'll have my album to think about.. I won't have any time to see him. I let out a small sigh as I saw the pile of suitcases and bags stacked up in the corner, I picked up my phone on to check the time.. 4:34am it read I turned on my side scrolling down twitter to see what ny friends and fans were up to. I decided to check my instagram and I saw a photo of Sam's ring and the caption

"Just 2 more weeks and I'll be the happiest girl alive" I smiled reading the comments

Nice to see that you and Dan are gonna be even happier

You're gonna look stunning on the day, Nvm about Dan!

"Aw they're so sweet" A husky voice whispered from behind me sending shivers down my spine "Why you awake at this time?" Kai whispered with a yawn kissing my shoulder

"I can't sleep. I'm scared I won't see my dad ever again" I explained which made Kai give me a look

"Of course you will, what makes you think you won't?" He asked propping himself up with his elbow

"Well I'm going to be busy for these next few years. I've got tour, albums I'm going to be so busy I won't have to time to see anyone" I said truthfully

"Look babe, you will. I'm going to be busy too but there's still a lot of time where you'll think I'm going to spend at least half an hour talking to my dad on my phone" Kai said doing actions and mimicking my voice making me smile

"I would like to see my dad in person not just over Skype" I sighed which made Kai roll his eyes

"Em, this job means you won't be able to see family everyday. I know you want to see him because you didn't spend time with him when you were younger but you have to sacrifice that. How many times have I seen my family?" Kai asked me I bit my lip thinking "not enough" Kai answered for me "There will be a time where you see him okay?" I nodded which made Kai sigh of relief "Good" He muttered leaning over to kiss my cheek but I moved my head so he got my lips instead. I felt Kai smile kissing me one more time.

"I love you" I whispered staring into his shiny sea blue eyes

"I love you more" Kai whispered back making me smile

"Na I love you more" I kissed Kai's lips again quickly before he could say anything back. I trailed my arms up to his neck my fingers lost in his hair, my legs wrapped around his waist gripping so tightly Kai could probably pick me up if he wanted.

Kai's POV
After calming Em down before she started a panic attack, she hasn't had any lately which is good but I still don't want her to have any now, I took a shower changing into a pair of sweats and a tank tank. My feet tucked away in my black converse. I packed away my toothbrush and things like that, in my suitcase. I put my phone, laptop and some food and a bottle of water not forgetting my passport, in my rucksack I was carrying with me. I felt a pair of arms go around my waist and some warm lips travel down my neck I smiled turning round

"You ready?" I asked the most beautiful girl in the world

"Not really" she muttered biting her lip lghyly I pulled her into a hug my head resting on her beanie. Em pulled away after a while, I saw fright and heart broken in her eyes I stroked her cheek, kissing her forehead.

"I'm here okay. It's alright to be upset I understand" as soon as I said that Em cried into my tank top. I didn't say anything I just hugged her letting her cry.
