Chapter 5: A Meeting

Emilia's POV

"Emilia please, this is for the best. I promise I will come back I swear" Dad said crouching down so his face was level with mine "I wont forget you" He kissed my forehead before leaving me in this new house. Dad said it was just for a couple of days and he'll be back, but I have this feeling it wont be.

"Come on Emilia there's new people who you got to see" A man, I think his name was Mike, showed me to a room where at least ten people were sat, "Guys this is Emilia. Emilia meet the gang" I smiled shyly with everyone's eyes on me "Make her feel at home" And Mike left.

"Emilia welcome to the Dumping Ground where you will be stuck here for the rest of my life" A boy with short brown hair said to me I shook my head with a smile

"Daddy's coming for me in a few days, he promised. Daddy never breaks his promises" I said the boy laughed shaking his head

"I bet you a million dollars your Dad will never come" The boy said leaving.

"Em!" Sam shouted I woke finding I was breathing heavily "You was talking in your sleep. You okay?" Sam rose her eyebrows I nodded thank god it was a dream  I thought.

"I need to do something, and now" I said getting out of bed I changed into blue skinny jeans, a black long sleeve studded collar shirt, black combat boots. I applied rouge lipstick, and eyeliner I tied my hair into a high ponytail.

"What do you have to do?" Sam asked me again once I walked downstairs I sighed picking up my Dad's letter putting it into my black bag that had a bow on the front, I put in my IPod, phone and IPad picking up my Penny Parka and car keys walking out the house.

I drove to the Dumping Ground knocking on the door shaking a little until Mike answered

"Hey Mike" Mike smiled stepping aside letting me in

"What's the reason you're in?" Mike asked I took off my coat resting it on the sofa with my bag

"Well I wanted to-" I never finished my sentence because the guys noticed me

"EM!" They screamed giving me a hug making Mike laugh

"Are you staying tonight?" Carmen asked me I shook my head

"Then why are you here?" Tee said I smiled

"I wanted to speak to Mike about something" Liam frowned slightly

"Well go! Then we can have a makeover" Lilly said I laughed going into Mike and Gina's office

"What do you want to talk about?" Mike said shutting the door I sighed sitting on the chair opposite Mike's desk

"My dad. I want to meet him" Gina walked in

"Oh that's why the kids keep going on about you; how are you lovey?" Gina asked

"I'm good thanks" Gina nodded handing Mike his tea before leaving again

"You want to meet your dad" Mike cleared I nodded "Are you sure?" I sighed again

"When you gave me his letter you said it would be good to see him and now you don't think it is a good idea?" I said confused

"I was just making sure you wanted to go ahead with this." Mike defended himself dialling a number on the phone "Do you want to go with the kids while I do the call?" I nodded excusing myself from the room.

"Em can you paint my nails please?" Carmen asked I nodded going into the kitchen where Carmen Lilly and Tee had got all their make-up set out on the kitchen table the three girls sat at the table and I sat opposite them
