Remus and Brooklyn were standing in the boys' dorm waiting for Peter, James, Jack, and Sirius to get ready.

James and Sirius were fighting, but not with words. Instead, they were fighting with socks. Socks of all colors and sizes were flying around the room.

Peter was in the bathroom taking (in his own words) a dump. Jack was messing with his hair, trying to get it to look perfect.

"C'mon guys, stop fighting." Brooklyn said. "You two need to get ready."

She sent each boy a glare.

The two boys quickly put their clothes on, not wanting to test Brooklyn.

"Ugh why are these so tight?" Sirius asked, pulling out a wedgie.

"It's better than having a skirt that shows half your ass." Brooklyn said.

Sirius took a look at Brooklyn's ass.

"Stop looking at my sister's ass." James hissed at Sirius.

"C'mon Peter, hurry up." Brooklyn yelled, knocking on the door twice.

She heard the toilet flush and the water started to run. The door was flung open and Brooklyn had to jump back to not get hit by it.

"Guys, we've missed breakfast." Remus said, looking at his watch.

James shot an accusatory look at Peter.

"I blame you for making us miss breakfast." James said, pointing a finger hastily at Peter.

"It's all four of your faults." Brooklyn said. "Peter, why didn't you sit with us at the sorting ceremony? I've been waiting to ask you that."

"I sat with a girl." Peter squeaked out.

"Ooo." The five other teens chorused.

"We have to get going to transfiguration." Brooklyn said.

They reached the transfiguration classroom but Dumbledore was nowhere to be seen. Brooklyn took a seat next to Jack and right behind her was Lily. Brooklyn turned around to greet Lily but she wasn't expecting Lily to look upset.

"Where were you?" Lily asked. "I have been worrying. You were almost late."

"I was waiting for the boys." Brooklyn replied.

"Even for Sirius?" Lily raised a brow.

"No." Brooklyn replied. "The other boys. They would lose their heads if they weren't screwed on."

"That was quite a fascinating lesson." Brooklyn said after they left transfiguration.

"Only you think so." James said.

"Guys, it's the first day of school!" Sirius exclaimed.

"Yes, we know that captain obvious." Brooklyn muttered.

Sirius rolled his eyes.

"We always do a prank on the first day of school." Sirius said, stepping in front of the five teenagers, causing them all to stop.

"How come I don't know about this?" Brooklyn asked.

"We thought you would tell on us last year." Sirius said. "So we didn't include you."

"What are you thinking of cooking up?" James asked, intrigued.

"I say, we turn everyone into cows." Sirius said. "The elves in the kitchen will help us."

"That's not a bad idea." Brooklyn said. "I'm in but my name stays out of it. I can't have it on my record if I want to become an auror."

"Alright then, Miss Potter." Sirius bowed and stuck out his hand for Brooklyn to shake.

Brooklyn reluctantly shook his hand. The six teenagers walked down to the kitchen and Brooklyn tickled the pear, allowing the portrait to swing open. The portrait swung open to reveal a large kitchen with plenty of elves running around.

"Mistress Potter!" A small elf with big ears and forest green eyes came up to Brooklyn. "It's a pleasure to see you again."

"The pleasure is mine, Romy." Brooklyn said. "Could Remus make a potion here? And could you put the potion in the dinner tonight?"

"Of course I can." Romy said. "Master Remus is allowed to make the potion here."

Remus smiled at the elf who turned a light shade of pink.

"Romy, may I get some chocolate peppermint balls?" Brooklyn asked.

"Of course Mistress Potter." Romy said. "I will be right back."

Brooklyn hopped up on the counter and waited patiently for Romy to come back. The boys were off talking to other elves and bothering them while Remus started making the potion.

"How do you know her?" Sirius asked Brooklyn.

"I ran into her while visiting Hogwarts." Brooklyn replied. "I quite literally ran into her. I was crying about not having any chocolate peppermint balls for James. They're both our favorites. She told me to come to the kitchen and gave me some. I could never repay her."

"She sounds really cool." Sirius said.

"She is." Brooklyn said. "I have no clue why I was crying over not having any chocolate peppermint balls but I was. I guess I was just having a rough day and Romy made it better."

"Are you talking about me?" Romy asked, shuffling over to Brooklyn.

Romy handed Brooklyn the chocolate peppermint balls and Brooklyn gave the elf a hug.

"You know I am." Brooklyn gushed.

Sirius adored the way Brooklyn looked when she was happy.

The six teenagers sat down at the Gryffindor table. Suspense filled the air.

"I hope you made it right." James said as the food appeared on the table.

"Of course I did." Remus said. "Do you think I'm an idiot? Never mind, don't answer that question."

"He's just jealous you have brains and he doesn't." Brooklyn joked.

"Okay, I see how it is." James said. "I'll remember this next time you're in need of saving."

"I'm a big girl, I can handle myself." Brooklyn smiled.

The six teenagers chowed down on their food and before they knew it, their peers were turning into cows.

Brooklyn looked over at Lily, who was now a red cow with white spots and red hair atop her head. Nailea and Marlene had their signature blonde hair atop their heads with light brown spots on their bodies. Alice grinned at Brooklyn and looked very cute.

"I say this is a great prank." Sirius said.

Brooklyn looked over at him and started bursting out in laughter as Sirius in cow form was very hilarious. Brooklyn didn't eat anything because she did not want to turn into a cow. It sure as hell made her suspicious but she didn't need being a cow to fuel Sirius' jokes.
