Tw: Throwing up, fainting
_____Enhypen were at home, working on what they needed to work on. Dance moves, going over some lyrics, as that's what they had gotten the break for.
It had all started as a minor inconvenience. A tickle in Jay's throat and a slight headache.
But as the day wore on, it only got worse. He felt sluggish and out of it, his head pounding as though a drum was being beaten inside his skull.
He felt dizzy and nauseous. His body ached as if he'd run a marathon or two, and every movement he tried to make seemed like a hard task.
But Jay wasn't one to admit weakness. Not in front of his members, not in front of the fans. He always pushed through, even when his body was telling him to stop.

The members of Enhypen were gathered in the living room of their shared dorm, going through their daily practice routine.
Jungwon, Heeseung, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jake, and Ni-Ki were busy, each practicing their parts for the next performance, but something was off.
Jay, the usually charismatic and energetic member, was silent.
He was sitting on the couch, his legs curled under him, his head resting against the back of it, eyes half-lidded.
"Jay, you okay?" Sunghoon asked, eyeing his friend with concern. "You look kinda out of it."
Jay gave a half-hearted smile that didn't seem to reach his eyes. "I'm fine," he muttered, barely audible. He tried to sit up straighter, but his body felt like lead.
Heeseung, who had been watching Jay quietly, narrowed his eyes. "You're not fine. You look sick."
"I'm fine," Jay repeated, this time a little more forcefully.
He stood up quickly, maybe a bit too quickly, and swayed on his feet.
He quickly caught himself on the back of a chair, hoping the others wouldn't notice but to his dismay, the others noticed along with the slight tremor in his hands.
Sunghoon exchanged a look with Heeseung. "Jay, you're not fooling anyone. You should rest."
"I'm fine," Jay insisted again, though his voice was starting to sound a little weaker.
But the others weren't convinced. Heeseung crossed his arms. "Jay, you're not doing yourself any favors by pretending to be fine. Go lie down, get some rest."
Jay's expression faltered for a moment, his pride battling with his fatigue. But after a beat, he stood up straighter and shook his head, a determined look on his face. "I'll rest later. I'm fine, really."
"Jay..." Sunoo started, his voice softer now. "You look pale. Just take a break. The others can handle practice."
Jay forced a smile. "I'll be fine. You guys keep going. I don’t want to hold anyone back."
Jungwon, who had been silent up until this point, walked over to Jay and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Jay, please. We’re telling you to rest because we care about you. It’s not about practice right now. It’s about you feeling better."
Jay flinched slightly at the touch, but he quickly shrugged it off. "Really, I’m fine."
Heeseung’s expression hardened. "You’re being stubborn, Jay. And it’s frustrating. We’re telling you to take care of yourself, but you're not listening."
