The day had started like any other, full of anticipation and excitement as the members of ENHYPEN prepared for their upcoming concert. Rehearsals had been intense, with everyone giving their all to make sure every performance was perfect.

But somewhere between the constant movements and rigorous practice routines, Jay had overworked his knee.

At first, it was just a slight discomfort, something he figured would go away after a little rest. But by the end of the day, the pain had escalated.

His knee had swollen, and every time he tried to put weight on it, a sharp pain shot through him. He knew something was wrong, but he didn't want to admit it-especially with the concert just days away.

As he limped backstage after the final rehearsal, he could see the concerned glances from his members.

He had been quiet, focusing on not showing how much pain he was in, but it was becoming harder to hide. When he finally reached his seat, he let out a soft sigh, hoping no one would notice.

But of course, Heeseung had already seen it.

"Jay," Heeseung said, his voice low and worried. "What's wrong with your leg?"

Jay tried to play it off with a smile. "It's nothing, hyung. Just a little sore from all the rehearsals."

Heeseung wasn't convinced. "It doesn't look like nothing. Let me see."

Jay hesitated for a moment, but eventually he let his guard down and lifted his pant leg. The sight of his swollen knee caused Heeseung's eyes to widen in alarm. "Jay," he said, his voice stern yet concerned, "You need to rest it. This doesn't look good."

Jay bit his lip, trying to dismiss it. "It'll be fine by the concert. I just need to keep practicing. It's nothing to worry about."

But Heeseung wasn't having any of it. He quickly motioned for the other members to come over, and before Jay knew it, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Jungwon had gathered around him.

"Hyung, you need to sit down," Jungwon said firmly. As the leader, his usual calm demeanor had turned serious. "We can't have you pushing yourself like this. The concert is important, but your health comes first."

Jay was too stubborn to admit it, but the pain was starting to become unbearable. He tried to move his leg to stand up, but the sharp sting in his knee forced him to wince and sit back down.

"Okay, okay," Jay relented, his voice softer than usual. "I think I might've pushed it a little too much."

Sunghoon, always attentive to details, squatted down to get a better look at Jay's knee. "It's swollen, hyung. We need to get some ice on it and take care of it right away."

Jake, ever eager to help, rushed over to grab an ice pack from the medical kit. He brought it over and carefully placed it on Jay's knee, helping him settle back against the couch.

"You should've said something earlier, hyung," Jake said, his voice full of concern. "We could've helped you before it got this bad."

"I didn't think it was that serious," Jay admitted quietly, feeling embarrassed for not speaking up sooner. "I didn't want to worry you guys."

Sunoo, who had been standing by, placed a hand on his shoulder reassuringly. "You don't have to hide it from us, Jay. We're a team, and we're here to support each other."
