Chapter 79 - Rewrite The Stars (Luka/Viperion)

I told Juleka what happend as soon as I got home. I didn't exactly like telling her she was right, but she was. "You were right Jules, I did something stupid. I also said somthing stupid." She sighed. "Oh Lu, what am I going to do with you?" I shrugged. "I just hope I don't do anything else that's stupid." I said.

"Me too. But let's forget about your stupidity for a moment and focus on what actually happened between you two. I know you both said things you'll regret, but you have to talk to him. You can't keep avoiding this forever." She told me.

"I know, I just thought if I avoided him this whole thing would blow over. But that's not going to happen, is it?" She shook her head. "No, its not." She answered.

"I have to talk to him," I admitted. "Yes, you do." Juleka agreed. "Alright, next Akuma attack, I'll pull him aside and get this over with." I decided. My sister smiled at me. "I'm proud of you." I smiled back at her. "Thanks, Jules." She caught me off guard when she smacked my back. "Now tell me, how'd you get comfort from your boyfriend?" She teased.

My face went red. "Juleka!" I put my hands over my eyes. She nudged me. "Honestly, nothing happened. I was pretty upset and he just held me in his arms for a few hours." She raised an eyebrow. I groaned. "I'm just teasing you," She mused. I sighed. "Yeah, and it's not like you and Rose have a similar relationship." I teased back.

"We do, kind of. Except we're both still vir-" I clapsed my hand over her mouth. "You don't have to remind me of that. I'm not saying I regret it, I don't, what I regret is how now we're pretty much on bad terms." I removed my hand. "You have the chance to make amends. You can still be friends." She had a point. I knew what I had to do now.

Ladybug told us who the Akumatized Victim was. It was Max, one of Juleka's classmates. He was in the class of pretty much all my friends. Including Adrien who is technecally my boyfriend. Viperion's boyfriend to be exact. Chat arrived late, he and Ladybug exchanged a few words but I couldn't hear what they were saying.

Max-as the Supervillan-was fighting us while Ladybug went to retrive Kim. Chat and I had found him in the locker room, Ladybug found us, told us to distract Max while she came up with a plan.

Kim came out, talked to Max, confessed, Max broke free from Hawk Moth's control by destroying the object the Akuma was in himself, he and Kim became boyfriends and walked happily into the sunset.

Before we parted ways, I stopped Chat Noir by grabbing onto his wrist. "Can we talk?" I asked him. He looked to our other teammates. "You go ahead, I'll catch up." The others nodded before they left. He turned to face me. "Yeah?" I swallowed back my nerves and took a deep breath.

"I'm really sorry about that happened. I didn't mean a single word I said. You didn't deserve that and I'm so sorry I said that to you." I poured my heart out into that apology.

"That wasn't your fault. I never should have even started the argument in the first place. I'm not saying I'm jealous of your relationship with Adrien, I'm not. He sounds like a great guy but... I guess I'm just worried about... your safety." He turned away. "You don't have to worry about that. I understand how you feel, but I'm making sure he and I are both safe." I reassured him.

"I just feel like... something might happen. If Hawk Moth finds out about you, he could use that the blackmail his own son into doing his bidding. I don't know much about Adrien, but from what I've observed, he would do anything to keep the people he loves safe. He loves you the most, and he will do anything to protect you. Just keep that in mind." He turned away from me.

"I've talked to him before, it wasn't for long, but I can tell what type of person he is." Then he left me behind. Now I remember, Adrien told me Chat Noir came to see him, and told him that we broke up. They must have talked about other things. I would assume it was mostly about me.
