It was the perfect plan. How could anything go wrong? Is what Alya and her friends believed when they came up with a scheme to get Adrien and Luka to at least become friends again.

The plan was to just get them together and give words of encouragement that going back to being friends would make their lives easier and things would go back to normal.

Alya made the plan of Juleka and Rose searching for Luka, meanwhile Kim and Max were sent to find Adrien.

"By my calculations.. Adrien is most likely to be at the-" Max was cut off when he ran into the back of an older student. The guy wasn't very happy that someone ran into him.

"Watch where you're going. squirt." He snapped. The friends he was with burst out laughing. Kim wasn't too far away and he dashed to his boyfriend's side without hesitation.

"Max! Are you okay?" He helped Max get onto his feet. "I'm perfectly fine Kim, I only fell over." The guy Max had bumped into snickered. "Only because he's a weak little wimp and could get knocked over by the smallest gust of wind." Max shrank down and stared at the ground.

"You take that back!" Kim demanded, his fists clenched. "Kimmy, it's fine, let's just go. I don't want to start a fight." The mean guy started mocking Max.

"That's right, go on 'Kimmy,' listen to your baby ant." Kim's anger flared. "Don't you dare call me that! Or make fun of him!" He growled. "What are you going to do? Hit me? You'll get expelled." The guy moved closer and reached his hand out to shove Max back onto the ground.

"Max!" Kim cried. He helped him up and brought Max into his chest. "I'm going to rip him to pieces!" Max put his hands on Kim's face in hopes it would calm him down.

"No! You can't do that! It's okay!" Kim was too angry to listen. "It's not okay Maxie! He insulted you! He hurt you! I'm going to hurt him back!"

Kim's anger reached the man standing in the lair that was located in his house. He smirked. "Such anger... for someone he cares so deeply about getting hurt... fly away my little akuma, and turn this boy into an avenger!"

The back butterfly was created and began to flutter towards the School. Max was desperatly trying to hold Kim back from doing something violent, but he wasn't strong enough to hold him back for long.

Kim managed to break out of his grip and he lunged for Max's bully. The guy was ready to defend himself but things got a whole lot worse when the butterfly flew into the coltroller keychain Max had given Kim for his birthday.

"Kim! No!"

The sound of Max's distress caused everyone around him to look and see what was going on. Hawk Moth's outline appeared on Kim's face. When the one behind it spoke, only Kim could hear him.

"Nice to see you again... Dark Cupid.. although this time, that will not be who you are. I see you care deeply about the one called Max, am I right?"

"I care about him more than anything. He's my everything. I will stop at nothing to make sure he doesn't get hurt." Kim replied.

Alya and the others had heard the commotion and ran to see what was happening. They found Max frozen in fear staring ahead. "Hey! Did you guys find Adrien? What's going-" Alya was cut off when she followed Max's gaze.
