Chapter 81 - I Won't Let You Down (Nino/Carapace)

Adrien told me about Chloe's Dad adopting him. I was so happy for my dude, he really deserves to be happy and safe and not stuck with a bastard of a Father who makes people evil just so he could steal magic jewlery from teenagers.

That man has serious issues. He kidnapped his own nephew, his son's newly Ex-boyfriend, brainwashed his son pretty much and is the main and only reason Adrien and Viperion broke up.

Because of him, Adrien is heartbroken because he felt like the only way to keep Viperion safe from being kidnapped again was to end their relationship. It wasn't fair.

I had to find a way to make him feel better. Same with Luka. He's hurt too. I won't be able to comfort them both at the same time because they still don't know eachother's identities. I don't know how much longer they can go without knowing.

I don't know how much longer I can go keeping their secrets from eachother. I'm not the only one that knows. We all know their ideentities and we all know eachother's too.

Adrien doesn't know Viperion knows all our identities and vise versa. With Gabriel Agreste as Hawk Moth there is no way Adrien would be safe if Luka knew, because what if Luka got Akumatized and Hawk Moth forced him to reveal his identity? Of course he could do that to any of us, but taking someone Adrien loves so much would hurt him more.

He would obviously go after someone who would cause Adrien the most pain, and that's Luka. So him knowing would not be good.

There was an Akuma attack, powers are unknown at the moment, but once we find out, we'll put an end to this. I will do whatever it takes to keep my team safe. No one is going down. Especally not Alya. I'm not going to let anyone down today. "Guys, I think we have a little problem..." I turned to look where Chat Noir was facing.

My eyes widened. "I think we might have just entered Frozen." I said out loud. "Let's just hope whoever the Supervillain is, it's not a girl named Elsa." We all turned to look at Chat Noir.

"What? I'm just trying to warm up your spirits so we don't freeze." I could tell he was trying to lighten up the mood. "Let's hurry up and beat this Akuma before we freeze to death." Ladybug said.

She took out a bunch of mini boxes. "I made different types of.. I don't know what they're called but they were in Master Fu's spellbook and since I'm the Guardian, I have to make them. They're for our Kwami's and I made them into each of their favorite foods. The blue potion will grant us resistance to the cold. I've made one of each potion for all of you." She handed them out one by one.

I got like seven different colored lettuce leaves. Alya got a bundle of grapes the same colors, Adrien got them in cheese, Juleka with strawberries, Chloe got honeycombs, Luka must have gotten tofu in the shape of whatever food Sass liked the most and Marinette made macaroons for herself.

"The blue one, we each need to take the blue one." We all did just that and our suits changed, I was no longer freezing cold and I was wearing ice skates. "This is going to be so cool!" Queen Bee cheered.

"Just because you're all warm and cozy, doesn't mean I won't be able to freeze you!" We all turned our heads to the voice. She must be the Supervillain.

"Play nice and I won't have to make you walk on thin ice." She aimed her scepter at us. We all jumped out of the way. "Don't give me the cold shoulder, that's not very polite."

I skated away as fast as I could, I made sure the others were following me, and they were. Except Alya! I raced back down the trail we had taken and found the Supervillain had Rena Rouge cornered.

I jumped into action to save her. But this Supervillain was pretty powerful. "Don't get cold feet now, I know you want to save your little snow Princess from harm." She wasn't wrong.
