Chapter 80 - Never Be Alone (Adrien/Chat Noir)

This always happens to me. No matter what I do I can't stop it. I left Viperion after the battle where we changed Max back and he and Kim confessed to eachother, later I got a message from Viperion.

He was sending a disress signal. My fear of my Father knowing he was my biggest weakness at the moment came true. I could no longer think of anything else. My boyfriend was in trouble.

And I knew exactly where he would be. So I went to my old house. I saw three men dragging a large sack that seemed to be moving. He was in there. I waitied on the roof for the men to come back out.

"Finding the Agreste boy might not be as easy as we expect, once we find him, we shouldn't say anything about having his precious boyfriend in our hands." The lead man said.

I already know you have him, evil jerk. If I wanted to save Viperion, then I had to let myself get captured. So I jumped over the wall. "Claws In." I started walking in the direction behind me so I could make it look like I was passing through.

"Adrien, this is crazy! You shouldn't do this. There has to be another way to save him without you getting captured too." Plagg tried to talk me out of it but I had already made up my mind.

I opened my jacket and made sure he knew there was no changing my mind. He slowly floated into it. "I'm sorry Plagg, but I have to do this." I took a deep breath before I began to walk past the gate.

"There he is!" I saw them in the corner of my eye, and pretended to be shocked when they jumped me. They dragged me to the house and bust open the doors.

I finally managed to get out of their grips. I looked around for Viperion. My face went pale when I saw him tied up like that. I didn't ecpect him to be treated like this, it's just cruel.

"You let him go right now!" I demanded. My Father walked up to me. "I will, but only if you return home and never leave, do exactly what I say and never disobey me again." I turned back to see what Viperion would say.

"Don't do it! I can find another way to escape, you need your freedom Adrien, don't throw that away in order to save me!" He cried out.

I turned back to my Father. "How do I know you'll keep your word of releasing him if I stay with you?" I demanded. He grinned. "I always keep my word."

He nodded to the men and they untied Viperion. They held him back for only a couple minutes before he ran over to me and wrapped his arms around my body.

"Don't do this..." He whispered. "I knew something like this would happen. I should have acted on my suspicions. I'm not going to let him keep you here because of me." I whispered back, I was angry with myself for not doing anything sooner.

"No, this wasn't your fault.. Chat Noir warned me, I should have listened to him." He confessed. Maybe I never should have said anything as Chat, then he wouldn't feel so guilty.

He was crying. I brought my hands up and wiped away his tears. Then he kissed me. I kissed him back, and it felt like this would be the last kiss we would ever share.

"Pull them apart!" I heard my Father's voice boom. I didn't want to pull away from him, but the arms that grabbed me and forced me away had other plans. Yet I still held onto him for dear life. "Pull harder!" They managed to pull him away from me and drag him to the door. "No!" He shouted as he was taken away.

The men tossed him out of the door and I watched him land outside of the gate. When he got to it the large doors were already closed. He gripped the bars.

"Adrien!"

The men then closed the doors to the mansion and I was left inside. I was no longer able to see my boyfriend. I heard my Father's evil laughter behind me.
