Today is Christmas Eve we all go to midnight mass. We leave for our cabin. We all park in garages our garages and on the street.  Our food was being catered. The caterers are getting our food ready while we remove our coats, gloves, scarves and beanies on. We place some in the closet and the others leave theirs over the back of the couches. We all go to the various bathrooms to use the restroom and wash up for a late dinner. We all are in the dining room or making our way there. We get in line with our plates to get served tamales, Spanish rice, pinto beans smashed with cheese on some of them, we choose if we want pico de galo with corn chips or with guacamole.   We all sit down. Julia's brother, Paul says the prayer with us holding hands with our heads bow. We all say amen. The caterer ask us what we all want to drink.  They begin pouring what we want. We thanked  them and begin eating and sipping on our beverages. We talk about later on . We agreed to open the presents after dinner and sleep in tomorrow.  We will all stay in our cabins and meet tomorrow after  breakfast to go snowmobiling. We agreed where to meet. We were done eating and went to the lounge area that had the gifts. We decided we open presents by age. Jonathan's son would be the first one to open his gifts. Cindy and Julia started passing the gifts out which took a while. This year we decided not to do the white elephant gifts. It took a while to pass them out. We all were sitting. Paul was video taping his grandson opening his gifts. Pablo's son was next. The next ones was the granddaughters. These children received a lot of cool gifts from family and some of their friends.  We decided the rest of adults would open our gifts at the same time.  They loved the poem books from Silvia with a hand written note in each one and signed. Everyone loved the jewelry,  kitchen small appliances,  pots, pans, cookware, clothes laptops,  cellphones, books, clothes and shoes they received.  The caterers asked Cindy if we were ready for dessert. She told them yes and we all got up after we picked up everything and placed them in our cabins of our bedrooms or in our vehicles. All the boxes were broken down and placed in the Cindy's BMW. We would resuse them. People were sitting down enjoying the desserts that Hannah and Silvia made with a hot beverages. We were done.  People left except the caterers who was packing everything up in containers again into the company truck. All the adults left money for Cindy to pay them. Each was given an envelope with tips in them for all the adults and thank you pictures that Jonathan and Pablo's  children drew for them. They thanked us and left. Julia locks the door and Silvia turned the alarm on. We are walking up the stairs to go to sleep in our room,  since we all had our bedtime items in our bedroom.  We changed after using the restroom and taking our medicine and vitamins.  We got into bed very tired. It  didn't take us long to sleep.

We woke up close to two and had left overs which we each reheated.  We are sitting down sipping on the last of the eggnog and eating. We all clean the kitchen.  We are too lazy to do much. We decided to watch several classics of Christmas shows.  We were done and Silvia made us pork chops with a salad with raspberry vinegarette dressing with apple sauce and a glass of wine. We enjoyed our meal. Julia and I clean the kitchen and run the dishwasher.  We decided to put our snow boots, beanies, gloves and scarves on and went out on the main back patio on the first floor with our guns in our robes and sit by the huge fire pit and heat lamps we all turned on. We heard coyotes and saw some of them eating deer they killed. We continued to stay warm and talk. When several coyotes came closer we got out guns and aimed not to kill but to shoot near them and they ran. We weren't the only ones shooting at an animal.  We decided to go back in after turning off the propane tanks. Julia locks the door and we go upstairs to our bedroom and open the French door.  Silvia brought her miniature telescope so we could enjoy the stars and planets.  We stayed outside for awhile and came in. Julia locks the French doors, I turn on the alarm while Silvia took her telescope back to her bedroom.   We all were in our bed enjoying more Christmas movies.  We fell asleep after we took our evening pills and used the restroom.
