Summer Part 2

               A few weeks after my raid on the mansion I saw the girl up and walking around the ministry, when I found Mad Eye he told me they were asking her who the leader of the death eaters was and stuff like that.

           Mostly she couldn’t remember anything, only her name and age, not much else. Mad Eye said they were planning my introduction into the ministry as we spoke, they said it was rare a wizard could defeat plenty of death eaters and death eaters at the same time, while carrying a girl over your shoulder, they said as far as they knew Harry Potter was the only other one. He told me to be ready, and not to slack off, then told me to go talk to the girl. He thought having someone her age talk to her would help.

           I walked over to the girl next time she was waiting for her next interview, she was sitting on a small couch and I sat next to her. “Hello, do you remember who I am?” I asked. She looked me over and nodded “You’re the boy who saved me from those people, thank you” I nodded “It was no problem” she smiled a bit. “You’re modest, I knew what was there, more than one wizard should have been able to handle alone” I shrugged “I guess, I’m pretty sure Mad Eye could have done it” she frowned “You  mean the crazy guy with the weird eye?”

         I nodded “That’s Mad Eye, my teacher and boss, he tells me what to do and everything like that, but to get you was an order from the Minister himself” she sighed “I wish I could remember any reason he would want me safe bad enough that he would give you a direct order, I wish I knew who I really am, everyone’s just been calling me Jane” I chuckled “Jane Doe?” she nodded “That’s me” I stood up and patted her shoulder “You’re gonna be fine, we’ll find a way to get you back to normal, heck, maybe next time I see you you’ll be ready to go to Hogwarts and go to a foster family”

          She looked confused “What’s Hogwarts? And what do you mean Foster Family? Don’t I have parents?” I sighed “I guess this is the hard part, I wasn’t supposed to tell you but, you’re an orphan, we found your parents dead in your home, but all records and other things of names had been destroyed, but we knew you were all wizards”

                 She frowned “How did you know that?” I pulled out a box from the pack I kept on my side at all times “We found this” I said and handed the box to her, inside was a moving picture of her parents holding a baby girl, obviously making them wizards, but the names on the back had been erased. “So I’m a wizard?” Jane asked. “Yeah, and all wizards, including me go to Hogwarts for teaching, every Auror here has gone to Hogwarts”

                   She frowned “That name rings a bell, like I’ve been told it plenty of times” she shook her head “But I just can’t remember” I nodded “I don’t blame you, just come to one of us when you can remember anything ok, anything might help us figure out who you are” she nodded “Thank you” she paused like she wanted to say something else “Seamus” I said and she smiled “Thank you Seamus”

                 I turned and started to walk away before I ran into Mad Eye “Seamus, you’ve been summoned to Hogwarts by the headmaster” I paused “So my dad is calling me from work?” Mad Eye nodded “Is that not what I just said, now get moving, wouldn’t want to keep him waiting too long” I nodded and apperated to Hogwarts.

          I appeared in the courtyard in front of the Great Hall, the school seemed to be shrouded in shadow just like the day that Dumbledore died. I walked through the halls to the Gargoyle that led to my father’s office, then I realized I didn’t know the password.
