Chapter 11

                                       Chapter 11

               The next morning I woke up cold. I wished I could be in George's warm loving arms. I got up and got dressed, not really wanting to but I guess if I'm going to face the world without George I should get it over with. I walked out into the common room. Everyone turned to see me and then Blaise walked up and said "Are you ok Alena?" he asked. I nodded "I'm just sad that George is gone" I said. Blaise nodded and patted me on the back "It's ok" he said and walked back to his friends. When we got to the Great Hall I didn't eat much and I didn't  pay attention in any of my classes. When the day was over I went down to the quidditch  field and joined practice. We were scrimmaging Ravenclaw and I got my broom, which had a crack in it from a time we scrimmaged Hufflepuff. When I was going for the snitch I was thrown off my broom and it hit the ground and cracked but then I repaired it. My dad said he would get my a new broom sometime but I didn't honestly care. I mounted as we got ready to release the balls. When they released all the balls I flew up into the air and flew around the stadium waiting for the snitch to be released. Cho Chang flew over and said "Are you okay" I shrugged "I miss George" Cho nodded and then flew away again. When I saw the golden streak of the snitch I dived and flew after it. When I was even with the snitch and closing in I noticed Cho Chang coming up beside me. I reached out my hand hoping to feel the snitch graze my fingers. Suddenly I saw choc hang drop back and a bludger filled my vision. The bludger connected with my head and I was out cold before I hit the ground.
