The days after your birthday party were filled with the usual hustle and bustle—soccer training, Blue Lock, and spending time with Rin and your friends. The bond between you and Rin was undeniably stronger than ever, and it was starting to feel like nothing could shake the calm, easy relationship you had built together.

But then came the weekend, and with it, a day off from Blue Lock. You and Rin decided to take a much-needed break from the chaos, heading to his place for a quiet day. The two of you, along with your puppy and his kitten, spent the afternoon lounging, watching movies, and simply enjoying each other's company.

The hours passed slowly and peacefully, until eventually, you both fell asleep, exhausted from a long week. Rin had been sprawled out on his bed, and without thinking much about it, you cuddled up beside him, the warmth of his body and the soft sound of his breathing making it impossible to stay awake. Your puppy had curled up beside your feet, while Rin's kitten snuggled beside him, completing the perfect scene of calm, comfort, and warmth.

It was a few hours later when the doorbell rang, and it startled both Rin and you awake. Groggily, you blinked your eyes open, immediately noticing the sun had set, casting a soft orange glow in the room. You yawned, stretching, only to find that in your sleep, you had unknowingly snuggled deeper into Rin's side. The puppy, who had been beside you earlier, was now curled at your feet. Rin's kitten was nestled comfortably in his arms.

"What time is it?" you murmured, your voice still thick with sleep.

Rin's head turned toward you, his expression amused but tired. "I think we've been asleep for a while," he said quietly, rubbing his eyes. "Didn't expect to fall asleep this long."

Before you could respond, the door creaked open, and your friends—Isagi, Bachira, Chigiri, and Nagi—walked in, clearly unaware of what was happening in the room. They had evidently decided to drop by and check in on you two.

And they immediately froze when they saw the scene before them.

You and Rin were lying in his bed, both half-awake and cuddled up together, surrounded by the two little pets. The sight was peaceful, almost too perfect—and your friends were left staring at the image in shock. The silence was deafening before anyone dared to speak.

"Are we interrupting something...?" Bachira asked, eyes wide, his tone filled with mischievous amusement.

Rin immediately sat up, realizing what had happened. "Guys, what the hell?" he groaned, rubbing his forehead as if trying to hide his embarrassment. "You couldn't knock first?"

But your friends were already pulling out their phones, clearly enjoying the moment a little too much. Isagi smirked, his fingers rapidly typing away, as he snapped a picture of the sleeping scene.

"Dude, you're actually sleeping together. In the same bed!" Isagi laughed, clearly amused. "And the pets are just... perfect."

You blinked in surprise, not even sure how to respond to the situation. "We didn't mean for this to happen," you said quickly, your face burning with embarrassment. "We fell asleep. And the pets—"

"And you're snuggling," Bachira chimed in with a playful grin. "I mean, this looks like a family photo. Is it a familynap or...?"

"No, no!" You quickly sat up, pulling the covers up to your chest to hide your flustered face. "This is just... this is nothing. You guys are making it weird."

"Too late," Nagi muttered, snapping another picture. "This is gold."

Chigiri, who had been unusually quiet, walked over to Rin and you, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "I mean, I'm not surprised," he said with a wink. "You two have been inseparable for months now. It's kind of cute."

Rin just groaned and laid back on the bed, dragging a hand down his face. "This is not cute, Chigiri. It's... embarrassing."

"Embarrassing?" Isagi looked at him, laughing. "Are you kidding? This is like something out of a rom-com movie. This is definitely getting posted."

"No, it's not!" Rin shot back, suddenly sitting up again. "You guys are the worst." He reached for his phone to try and stop the photo dump, but it was already too late—Bachira had sent several pictures to the group chat, where the entire team was already typing furiously, sending laughing emojis and joking about you and Rin's "family moment."

You buried your face in your hands, unable to stop the embarrassment from flooding in. "I can't believe this is happening."

"Hey, if it helps," Chigiri said with a laugh, "you two do make a pretty adorable couple."

At the mention of the word couple, you and Rin looked at each other, the realization suddenly hitting you both. For the first time, it didn't feel like something forced or uncomfortable. The idea of being a couple, sharing moments like this—well, maybe it wasn't such a bad thing. But that didn't mean you weren't dying of embarrassment in the moment.

"Well, since this is clearly going to be everywhere now," you muttered, trying to hold back your laughter, "I guess we might as well accept it."

Rin groaned again, running a hand through his hair. "I can't believe this..."

But just as everyone was about to leave, Bachira suddenly grinned. "Before we go, just a quick one! [Your Name]... Rin... can we get a family photo with the puppy and kitten? For the archives?"

You shot him a look. "Bachira—"

"Oh, come on! It'll be fun," he said, holding up his phone like he was preparing for a professional photoshoot. "Let's make this a memory."

After much teasing and plenty of laughs, you and Rin found yourselves posing for a ridiculous picture with the pets. You reluctantly agreed, knowing that the teasing wasn't going to stop anytime soon. The group gathered around, and despite the chaotic nature of it all, there was a warmth that filled the room. Everyone was happy. Everyone was enjoying the moment—teasing, laughing, but also celebrating the bond that had blossomed between you and Rin.

As the photo was taken, the whole group cheered, and you and Rin exchanged a look. You both knew that the teasing would never stop, but in a strange way, you didn't mind. The picture, though embarrassing now, would be a reminder of how far you had come—from being childhood friends to this strange, comfortable family you were creating together.

And despite the teasing, it didn't feel so bad after all. Maybe, just maybe, your friends had been right about one thing: you and Rin were starting to look like a family.

As the night wore on, you and Rin eventually managed to escape the chaos, retreating to his room to wind down. Both of you were exhausted, but as you lay in bed together—now without the cameras—there was a peaceful quiet between you. Your puppy lay at the foot of the bed, and his kitten curled up next to him.

"Do you think they'll ever stop teasing us?" you asked, your voice soft as you glanced over at Rin.

He looked at you, his expression a mixture of amusement and affection. "Probably not. But I don't mind. As long as I have you and our pets..."

You smiled, nestling closer to him, the warmth of his presence making everything else seem unimportant. "Me neither."

And for the first time, with the puppy and kitten asleep beside you, it felt like everything was just as it should be
