Walking out of the bar with Kwon and his teammates, you felt a sense of power. Not the power you would feel from the adrenaline in a fight, but due to the Cobra Kai team respecting you as a fighter, although they were on a different team. Sure, they did not have to leave the bar with you, but Kwon chose to. And besides, Robby's jealous reaction was priceless.

As you slightly turned your head to the left, you found yourself glancing at Kwon as you unknowingly began to study his features. He soon noticed.
"Is there something on my face, Y/n? I keep catching you staring." Kwon smirked.
"Shut up." You instantly replied with a scoff.

Interrupting the now prolonged silence, which hung with tension, Yoon, Kwon's teammate, exclaimed. "Look who it is; it's that guy from Iron Dragons and that girl from..." He turned to you: "Your team."
Looking over, you saw Axel and Sam walking together and being "overly" friendly.

"Poor Miguel." You thought to yourself. You and Sam had not been on the best terms recently. You believed she was hostile towards you due to the fact she didn't get the captain spot. But you had rightfully earned it, not her.

Kwon smugly replied, "Let's go talk to them." causing the rest of his team to follow him like ducks.
"Wow, look what we have here. Some rival team playtime, how adorable." Kwon chuckled.
"Leave us alone." Sam snarled.
Kwon bent slightly down to Sam's height and mockingly smirked. "Only if you say the magic words."
Sam snarled, "Move aside."
Kwon smirked, while Axel retaliated by punching one of his Cobra teammates. A fight had now broken out, which was not exactly what any of you needed before a major tournament.
"Hit me. Hit me!" Kwon repeated to Sam, trying to get a rise out of her.

However, instead of hitting Kwon, Sam turned to you and gave you a forceful push. Not prepared for the push, it caused you to slam into the ground with a rush of pure agony.
"What the hell are you doing, Sam?" You interrogated, hissing in pain.
"I could say the same for you, hanging out with the enemy, y/n" She stressed.

Recovering your position, you decided to return the favour by performing a precise roundhouse kick, hurling Sam to the floor. She quickly attempted to return to her previous position and eagerly stood back up in vengeance. Considering the rest of the Cobra Kai team were lying on the floor defeated, it was just you and Kwon against Axel and Sam.

Kwon challenged, "Come on, we can take you both."
Suddenly, police sirens emerged, the red and blue hues bathing the raven air with the piercing shriek of a siren.
"Let's go, y/n." Kwon urged as you both hurriedly tried to exit from the scene.

"Wow, that was crazy." You admitted with your head pounding from the adrenaline.
Kwon, not dropping his gaze from yours, remained silent but slightly nodded his head in agreement.
"I'll walk you back to your room, y/n." Kwon smirked, invitingly.
Jokingly, he put out his hand, encouraging you to take it. Caught off guard, you froze in your tracks.
"Relax, Y/n, I'm joking, unless you want to hold my hand?" Kwon offered, tauntingly.

As you reciprocated his intense eye contact, you could almost sense a bit of warmth in those drunken eyes, but you quickly shrugged it off.
"Let's go back." You replied, sarcasm dripping from your tone.

Before you knew it, you had entered the arena once again. But this time, it looked slightly different. You were not sure if it was due to the influence of the alcohol, but the night looked beautiful. Above, in the sky, crimsons and magentas faded like a candle to form a flicker of a tiny ember.
A single star. Flickering. It symbolised you, a single soul in Barcelona, with dreams to make it as a fighter.

"Wow, isn't it beautiful?" You questioned.
"Yeah, it is." Kwon replied.
You could have sworn Kwon turned briefly to face you while replying, but before you could even register this, his eyes were glued back to the sky.

Walking into the arena, you both found yourselves in the lift.
"What is your floor number, Y/n?" He questioned.
"4." You replied.
He pressed a button and smirked.
"You know, y/n, your boyfriend is a fool for leaving you alone in the middle of Barcelona." Kwon chuckled.
"He's not my boyfriend, I told you." You sneered.
"Ok, ok." Kwon smirked.
There was a pause of silence.
"So you don't care that he was dancing with that girl?"
"No, I don't; I said leave it," you responded, irritated.
Kwon chuckled. "It looks like we are here."
You both simultaneously got out of the lift.
Perplexed, you looked around at the rooms. This was not right. Squinting, you tried to make out the numbers: "23, 24, 25, 26..." You recalled.
"Wait, this isn't my floor," you spoke, bewildered.
"I know y/n, it is mine," Kwon smirked.

Oh shit.
