Lotus Jones

I sat up in my bed and pulled the covers back. I rubbed my hands down my face and sighed, I sat up and walked over to my desk seeing my damaged phone before tossing what was left of it in the trash.

It was Sunday afternoon no work or practice and I was already ahead of my school work. I gather my clothes before opening the door.

"What the fuck." I said looking at my foot.

I noticed a bag and sighed before picking it up. I opened it to see two boxes, I grabbed the biggest one and flipped it over seeing a note.

"I'm sory? Dumb ass." I sighed.

I walked to his room door and knocked. He groaned before opening the door, he wore cheetah print shorts with girly bunny slippers.

"Oh my god Lotus what do you want?" He asked covering his body.

"You spelled sorry wrong fucking idiot." I said.

He snatched the note out of my hand and kissed his teeth. He walked further into his room and went to his desk, I walked inside and looked at the drawings he had on his walls.

"I woke up extra early on a fucking Sunday. I'm not dumb I just...was tired." He sighed passing me the note.

I looked at it and chuckled, he placed an x on sory and wrote sorrey. I wasn't even going to correct him.

"I'm sorry for ruining your phone, please don't tell my mom." He said.

"I'm not a snitch, thank you." I sighed.

"Soooooo you're not going to kill me?" He asked.

I laughed and shook my head.

"I'm not." I said.

He smiled.

"So we're cool?" He asked.

I tapped the phone box against my palm and nodded.

"We're cool." I said.

He nodded and scratched his head.

"I really do apologize though, I went too far and that was very...spoiled of me." He chuckled.

"Thank you, you got any plans today?" I asked.

"No, why? Just because we cool we're not hanging out. Don't try to get clout off of me." He scoffed.

I rolled my eyes, and there he is.

"Bye, fucking dick head." I scoffed walking out.

I chuckled as I walked into my room, I closed the door and sat at my desk. I opened the box and smiled powering the phone up. After changing a few settings I locked my dads number in before calling him.

"Hello." He said.

"Dad." I said.

"Lo? What happened?" He asked.
