I let out a breath as I walked out of the exam room. I prayed to my black Jesus that I scored high enough to get into college.

"Hey, how are you feeling?"

I looked up to see Kang, I smiled before I stood up straight.

"I feel confident, now I have to go and send an email to which school I choose." I said.

"Thank god it's over, I almost puked." Won-Yung said.

"Well let's hope your retarded ass didn't fail." Lilac said walking toward us.

"Shut up." He scoffed shoving her.

They began bickering back and forth as we continued walking. Winter break was almost here and we had to take our entrance exams.

We had a good summer break, we went to the beach almost every day and even took a small road trip to Daegu.

"Well at least the hard part is over." Kang said.

I nodded my head agreeing.

"So do you guys want to go downtown for Halloween?" Lilac asked scrolling through her phone.

"Hell no, it'll be packed." Kang said.

"True." Won-Yung added.

"We should go as kids next door." I said.

Lilac squealed.

"I call number five." She said.

"That's fine green is my favorite color anyway." I shrugged.

"What exactly kids next door?" Kang asked.

I groaned as Lilac rolled her eyes.

"It's a Tv show, here I'll show you." I said pulling out my phone.

I googled kids next door before passing my phone to him.

"It's still a no." He said passing the phone back to me.

"Well good thing I didn't ask for permission." I shrugged.

"Lola, do you not understand how pack Seoul can get on Halloween?" Kang asked.

"Or we could go as star fire and raven?" Lilac asked.

"Yes, done deal. We should go to the Halloween store to see what they have." I said.

"Hello, are you not listening?" Kang asked.

"We're listening, we just...don't care." Lilac said.

I laughed as we slapped hands before snapping our fingers. Won-Yung rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"You guys could get hurt." Won-Yung said.

"Exactly." Kang said.
