After learning new information about the relationship between Patrick and Lorelei, Kenzie couldn't help be feel a little bit betrayed. But she has ignored it because she trusts Patrick. She knew he would go to extreme lengths to catch Red John.
But, week after week, she's starting to realize that Red John might have actually been involved with her father's death. Between Patrick becoming more secretive and going to Lorelei instead of her, Lorelei teasing her about her father, and everyone on the team giving her looks of pity, she's starting to wonder if Patrick really trusts her and if she should end whatever they were.
