Gematria, that's... a group of people who'll do anything for their research, right?

"Why would they send me a letter, of all people..."

I'm not exactly the strongest student in Kivotos, so I don't understand why they'd bother contacting me with a letter like this.

Especially when they included business cards of every Gematria member except for that monster.

"...Does my Mystic have a true name too?"

Like Hoshino's Horus or Shiroko's Anubis.

"...Well, I'm not planning on meeting them anyway."

Their reason for inviting me is obvious. They're probably after my Mystic, wanting to experiment with it, right?

But no matter how much I want to die, I have no intention of associating with Gematria.

For one thing, I'm not even sure if they can actually kill me.

And if they end up driving me insane while experimenting on my Mystic, trying to kill me, then returning home will be meaningless.

I want to go home with my sanity intact.

A strange adult with a black face spewing smoke, wearing a black suit.

'Two? Outsider? What is he talking about?'

As expected of the mysterious mastermind, he started spouting cryptic things, as if he knew a lot of things.

'...Maybe I'll test him.'

I decided to probe him for information, no matter how small.

"Hmm...? I'm seeing you for the first time today, but it seems you know a lot about me?"
