So... it's been... a bit.

I'm sorry I haven't been... doing anything with What A Cult and... I've been.. ignoring it? Forgot about it and everytime I remember I'm guiltily reminded that I'm not doing anything with it even though I have a draft up? Something like that..

Life.. hasn't been kind... I've been more distracted, focusing on better- well, not really- on other things and just... heavily procrastinating on this. Shit, I can't even call it writers block anymore, the passion I felt fizzled out a bit and I'd rather not feel like writing this is a slog through thick mud.

So. Compromise. (Side note, I've been writing some other stories in my off time but like this one, I haven't even gotten to finish the draft) there is no compromise. I'm bad at it. 'Nuff said.

I am also genuinely sorry for those who get exited whenever I release a new chapter. I think "empathy" is the word, but I could (most likely) be wrong..

I know I'm not the best and certainly not the worst at updating, but I don't want this to be abandoned. That would just feel... wrong. Horrible. It would probably gnaw away inside me like a feckin tumor or something... it'd be painful since I have a constant reminder via; "[insert name here] has added your book to [insert library title here]" pops up every few days or so.

I'm sorry. I'll try and work on this but I really don't think I'll get much done... my head is cloudy and boggled, writing this at three in the morning... sorry to those who were expecting something positive. Least I'm not shutting this book down... I refuse to let that happen...
