After the party that day, Jimin and Taehyung had returned to their shared apartment after contacting Mrs. Park that they'd come visit her the following day as they wanted to be at their own place for the night.
They also contacted Hoseok and told him that they'd be at Taehyung's apartment and that they had picked up Jungkook on the way as well and were taking him home with them.
Hoseok promised to go to their home once the job was done as he also had to try and make sure that Jungkook got his paycheck despite running away.
Jungkook was sniffling on the couch as Taehyung came by and gave him a cup of coffee.
"You think they'll be OK?" Jungkook asked.
"Yeah, I think they will be," Taehyung sighed as he sat down with a sigh, a cup of hot chocolate in his hand.
"You OK?"
"I will be, I have Jimin, I have you, Hoseokie-Hyung, and I have my plans,"
"Yeah, I guess," Jungkook sighed as the took in the moment then said, "Maybe I should take a sabbatical from Uni life,"
"What do you mean?" Taehyung asked.
"I may join the military next year, too, get it over and done with, I mean, Jiminie-Hyung is also graduating the same time as you,"
"Have you talked to Jimin about this yet? You two were planning on joining together, right?"
"Yeah, but, plans can change, I could join you, not in SDT but, you know, enter Training Camp at the same time and be on the same base before we're split up,"
"I suppose so, but, I think Jimin would benefit well if he has someone he loves join him,"
"Well, yeah, I guess, but, I don't know,"
Jimin soon joined them on the couch as he sat next to Taehyung but didn't cuddle up as usual so that Jungkook wouldn't feel the pang of not having Jin with them, "What are you talking about?" he asked them.
"I think I may take a break from Uni Life," Jungkook said.
"Oh?"
"I was thinking of joining the military next year, too, get it over and done with, the sooner I go, the sooner I can come back,"
"Oh,"
"But Taehyungie-hyung pointed out that you may not want to go next year and I did promise to join with you on the Companionship Programme,"
"You did, I, this is a lot to think of and so fast,"
"If we apply soon, we can go around the same time as Taehyung, we do it, we get it over and done with, and then you're back with nothing to hold you back when you start dancing,"
"But, that means we'll be apart for 18 months,"
"I know, but, we're going to be apart for that long anyway, why not get it over and done with?"
"You do realize that Jimin has plans to dance and he wants to get his foot in the door, right?" Taehyung said.
"True, but like I said, if he does it post military, then he won't have to worry about it once he starts his dance career properly," Jungkook said back.
"Jimin, you don't have to decide today, just take your time, you have at least a month before you must sign up if you decide to go after graduation,"
Jimin just nodded his head as Jungkook's phone went off.
The youngest looked at it, scoffed, and then hung up the call.
Taehyung just looked at him as his phone went off again.
