Molly

"Baby, she's fine. We're only going to be gone for forty eight hours." Harry's hand covered my phone shielding my eyes from my thumb hovering over the call button, ready to call Sarah and check in with them.

"I know she's fine." I reluctantly locked my phone, my knee bouncing in my seat and looked out the window, seeing people working quickly on the tarmac below us.

"Then why are you so anxious?" I sighed, continuing to look out the window when his hand came to rest on my bouncing knee, squeezing lightly and halting my movements. I slowly turned to look at him, but I looked slightly to the left, not quite meeting his eyes.

"What is it, Molly?" I sighed again, looking back towards the window, watching as someone made a go ahead signal and then things were moving again, the engine of the plane getting louder.

"I'm not worried about her, well, okay I always worry about her, but... I don't know, I think I've just been feeling a little guilty lately." My voice was quiet, and I refused to look back at him, not wanting to see his face at the moment.

"Why are you feeling guilty?" He kept his voice soft and even, comforting.

"I think.. I think because we've been so busy lately with everything... I feel guilty that I haven't been spending enough time with her." The end of my sentence came out in a whisper, and I felt his hand squeeze my knee where it still remained.

"Molls, you spend all your time with her." I felt him lean forward, his chest brushing up against my shoulder, his free hand tucking a loose strand of hair behind my ear. I flinched a bit when the plane jolted and started moving backward, signaling we were about to start our journey.

"I know... It's stupid, just forget I said anything." I shook my head.

"It's not stupid."

His hand came to rest on my cheek, urging me to look towards him, "Hey, look at me," His voice remained soft and even, "It's not stupid. I understand where you're coming from, I'm sure plenty of parents do. But in the meantime, she's well taken care of and we will see her in a short couple days, okay?" I nodded my head, finding some comfort in his words, thankful he's not pushing the subject further.

This may just be something I have to talk to my therapist about, considering just how busy we're going to get, I'm bound to be apart from her more often.

"Let's have some fun in Nashville, yeah?" I nodded my head with a small smile, one I'm sure didn't meet my eyes. But his did, and he leaned in, pressing his lips against mine.

We picked a movie for us to watch, both settling in for the long flight ahead.

Harry and I were both backstage of the venue, however, we were two completely different people at the moment.

While I was just hanging out, chatting with Harry's team and enjoying the show thus far, Harry was bouncing around, getting ready to go out on stage. He was pacing back and forth, jumping up and down, raising his knees to his chest, all while a smile was on his face.

This wil be his first concert in a while, and even though he's a guest artist, you would think he was getting ready for the first stop of his own tour.

It's really endearing though, how excited he is to get back out there and perform. It just shows me how much he really does love performing.

And it's this moment where I'm glad we decided to go on the tour together. It's this moment where I'm excited to see what the next year of our life will bring, being able to see him do this night after night, but it will be extra sweet, because it will be for a crowd screaming for him and him only and it won't just be me and him, but our whole little family.
