It's happening again,I can feel it. The air is extra chilly, which should not be because the weather is warm which I must confess I hate,the papers in my room are rustling like leaves in spring and I know that I'm doomed all over again. This time around things are different, I'm no longer fascinated or perplexed by the signs, I'm bored out of my mind and I choose to ignore the signs and look into the book I was reading and the moment I look up, BAM!!!, there it was or should I say there he is. A man who looks like he's in his mid-late thirties looks at me expectantly. I roll my eyes and break the silence,
'what?'
The man looks at me like am crazy and I roll my eyes yet again,
'yeah yeah I know the drill you're a ghost and you have a problem you want me to solve, yay!!.' I say in mock enthusiasm.
'well you do not seem happy about me being here' the man finally spoke up
'well forgive me for not being excited but I was just getting used to being normal' I hit the pillow in frustration and cover my face with it just hoping the man will disappear, nope he's still here, arggh!. I officially hate my life again.The man ignores my outburst completely.
'My name is Richard Bryan' I nod in acknowledgement
'I'm Patricia Jones'
'cool name, can I call you Trish or Trisha or Patty or Pat'. The man squeals like a little girl and before he can come up with more nicknames for me I put my hands up to stop him,
'you can call me Patricia, is that clear, I mean how would you like if I called you richy or rich or hardy' I squeal also mocking his not so grown up attitude. I turn to my side and see the clock on my bedside table and I almost freak out.I jump off the bed and head straight to my walk in closet to pick an outfit for dinner with my father.
'sorry Richard we can have a D&M later'.
