In Arms Reach ~ Slender x Reader

Part 30| Master plan (Extra long chapter)

I take a cautious step forwards, grabbing Xaviar's attention. She smirks as she sees me and turns and faces me.

"Whats wrong?" she chuckles, her red eyes glowing even brighter "too scared to move?"
"Quite opposite actually" i smirk back

As soon as i smirked, her expression dropped before her voice sprang back to life into a maniac laughter. I looked at slender who was clutching his wounded arm before returning my gaze towards Xaviar only to find her zoom towards me, clutch my neck and slam me against a tree. I felt as if every fiber of my back was broken.

"You really think you can stop me?" she crouches and places her knife on my chin, making me raise my head "I admit, i love your enthusiasm but i think we have to cut our little fun short"
"In your dreams" i smirk

I grab her hand which was holding the knife and she launches at me. I move my head and the force of the knife hitting the tree gave me chills just thinking that could of been me. I didn't loose focus. As soon as the knife was stuck, i used all my force to kick her in the gut and she fell back but quickly regained composure. She raised her head, her eyes burning now a fire red as she charged. Because of her speed, i adapted to her fighting strategy just enough when watching her and slender battle. I spun on my heel and began to run as fast as my legs could carry me.

"Be safe" slender telepathically said and i nodded in reponse to his words

"Oh whats this? I guess our little game hasn't ended yet!" she chuckles behind me

I felt her presence to my right but knew what she was planning. I looked at her shadow on the ground was on my right and as soon as it faded i launched a punch to my left. I was surprised to find it actually work and she stopped dead in her tracks. I continued running as i heard her curse. I soon felt her presence even stronger than before which gave me chills. Then, i felt pressure upon my spine and yelp from the pain. Because of the force of the kick, i flew across the forest ground and done so for 10 seconds flat. I then grounded to a halt as my head smacked against a tree and i felt the stinging pain in the back of my head.

With my vision hazy i re-opened my eyes to find her launch at me. I threw myself aside and heard the crunch of the tree against her fist. I fell and placed both hands on the ground ready to sprint but i felt a tremendous amount of pain in the gut and soon found myself once again get kicked against t another tree. I looked up from the ground to see Xaviar's lip bleeding.

"Seems luck was on your side" she smirked and knelt beside me "But not for much longer. Your nothing without him. He will use you! He doesn't care for you so give up your trust in him and come with me"

'Him? Is she talking about Slender?' I wonder to myself

I felt her grab my hair and raise my off the ground slightly. I looked ahead to see the edge of the forest...

"Your wrong" I say through clutched teeth

I punch her in the gut and with my remaining strength i charge towards the forest boundaries. I ran with the last remaining energy i had and soon encountered the forests end. I continued running then stopped dead and looked up in the sky.

"I knew it" i smirked and looked back

I saw Xaviar charge at me... too bad that was her last leap. She leaped and went to slam a punch but i dodged and grabbed her arm, twisting it behind her back and slamming her to the ground. I sat on top of her and leaned closer to her ear.

"seams your little powers are useless out here" i said
"W-What? That cant be!"
"i realized when i was in the forest. I looked up only to find the birds were moving at a ridiculously fast pace... care to explain?"

She was silence, so i decided to twist her arm more...

"OK! OK! HE USED A TIME SPELL TO FAST FORWARD TIME IN A SPECIFIC LOCATION!"
"And your plan was to kill us in the forest, that's why it was casted there"
"YES! THE POWERS ARE LIMITED AND USE AN IMMORTALS POWER TO CAST!"

Just then, my eyes widened... I was too in a daze that she kicked me off and ran towards the forest. Once in bounds, she sprinted away. I watched her fading figure as i sat on my knees...

'The only people i know of who have the immortal power are...'

My gaze slowly turns towards the forest and in the distance i see the creepypasta mansion...

"Oh no" i mumble
