I feel the pressure upon my back as i'm forced upon the tree, my heart racing as i confront my opponent... no... it cant be...
"Miss me?" He hisses with an eerie voice, sending my hair to stand on end and a chill rundown my spine "I'...
My eyes open wide and I find myself gazing up at the ceiling, slowly sitting up I instinctively read for my head... The pain had seemed to numb down but left behind a mild headache.
Groaning, I rubbed my face with my hands and leaned forwards, glancing at the clock beside me.
Was it just a dream?
It apparently had been about two hours I've been out... Damn, twice in a row now I've passed out.
I suddenly had a recollection of that horrifying moment that happened to me before I passed out.
Please be a dream, please be a dream...
I looked in the mirror and saw that same black stuff smeared down the left side of my face where my hand, still covered in the stuff, had rubbed.
I stood carefully and found it quite easy... I'd presume the wounds I had would prevent me from standing for a while...
I walked up to the mirror and looked at the stuff on my face then my hand...
"Better get whatever this is off me" I mumbled to myself
I walked out the room and looked left and right down the hall. I looked to the left and began walking towards two doors; one saying male and the other female.
Walking into the female bathroom, I stood in front of the sink and looked at my face for a moment. Sighing, I plugged the sink and turned on the taps. Once it was midway I turned the taps off and began to rinse my face.
After a moment, I opened my eyes and I swore I saw a figure looming behind me. A shadowy male figure. I assumed due to the body type but asides that, I couldn't tell their features because of the cape over them.
My eyes widened as I spun back, discovering no there. Looking back into the mirror I saw nothing.
I slowly began to collapse onto the floor, back against the sink...
"What's happening to me" I said, staring down at my hands
...
Gripping my fists I stand up, adrenaline running through me.
I've had enough. I can't stay here any longer, I can't just abandon him out there. Sitting around listening to these 'voices ' in my head isn't going to solve anything.
I open the bathroom door and quickly krept past Sally's room before running down the stairs and out the front doors.
Looking around me to make sure no one was spying on me, I looked ahead. I took a deep breath in, closing my eyes...
'He must be there' I thought to myself
I exhaled and opened my eyes, full of determination. As if my wounds were non existent, I ran into the woods.
