Naruto and Fei were currently in a room, Fei coming from her seperate room to chat about what happened. Seemingly, neither of them could sleep.

UGH! I ONLY HAVE A WEEK TO MASTER THE SOMETHING-RAN JUTSU!!'

"It's called the Rah-sen-gan: Rasengan. Anyway, why'd you make the bet? Now you've got crunch time."

"You heard what she said! About the old man, about everyone who fought to save the village! There's no way I was gonna let that slide! And I know you wouldn't either, so don't try it!!" Naruto raged as Fei pouted. He wasn't wrong, but he's way more worked up than she ever could be. They would continue chatting until they heard a knock at their room. It was Shizune, a serious look to her face.

"I'm sorry for coming so late at night, you guys, but there's something I want to talk to you about, Naruto." She stated.

"Mm. Do you need me to leave?" Fei looked at her. Shizune shook her head.

"It's better you stay and listen too. That way, you can understand why Milady is the way she is..."

After the story, both kids were stunned, and Shizune looked at them, seeking their understanding.

Naruto got up and walked past her, saying he was going to train. She quickly looked at Fei, "Please, you have to stop him. You understand, don't you? He'll die if he gets that necklace!!"

"I do understand, Shizune. I...I really do sympathize with Lady Tsunade, and I hope the best for her," Fei stated, "But... the things she said today, and with everything that happened, it's hard to push it aside just because of her past. We both see that."

"But...!"

"You must understand, too. He isn't doing this just for the necklace. He's doing this to prove her wrong. Because everything she said before, well, it's the exact opposite of what Naruto's all about. So even if I wanted to, he's not gonna stop." She finished, looking at Shizune with a sad smile. She got up and headed for the door, "I'm really sorry. I truly am, but I'm gonna choose to support my friend. Have a good night, Shizune." And with that, she left the woman alone to train herself.

Fei continued to train her water bending abilities. This time, she was able to do way more things, pick up much larger portions of water, shape it, throw it, and so on. She was becoming pleased with the abilities she was acquiring. But there was something still tugging her mind: her dad's trident.

Today, because she had mastered her water bending ability, she was going to analyze his necklace. Perhaps the clue was related to the bending of water, and now, she's able to take a peek. She took it off and examined the sapphire drop. At first glance, it looked like a solid jewel, but upon further inspection, it was hallow, with bright, beautiful water camaflogued by the natural shine of the gem.

'This is water. Therefore, I must be able to bend it out, right?' She placed the necklace on the ground, got up, and focused on trying to bend the water. She shook it and shook it until the gem slowly began to change itself.

"What?" Fei stopped and looked at the gem, touching it before pulling back instantly. The sapphire jewel... wasn't actually a jewel. It was crystallized ice, holding a small pool of water like an embrace, "So... then maybe I can...?"

Fei gently placed the necklace into her hands, letting the ice quickly melt under her, leaving only the shiny interior layer of the necklace that was holding the water. She then held it to her chest and, with all her concentration, began to pool her chakra into the necklace.
