No matter how much Hyunjoo thought about it, she still couldn't believe what happened. It all felt like a dream but she knew that it wasn't. She couldn't help but feel dazed the whole day, causing her to be less present in the moment as her brain tried to process the situation. It raised concerns for her friends, but she assured them that she was just tired from everything. They were understanding, but continued to keep an eye on her anyway.
It couldn't be helped that her mind kept wandering back to the identity of the boy she had been texting. Even though she still couldn't comprehend that it was him, it most certainly wouldn't change her perception of him.
Jeongin, on the other hand, was worried. He started to stress over the meet up, wondering if he had made the right choice last night. Sure, he was worried, but what if it affected their friendship? And what if she treats him differently because she knows that it's him? There was just too much for him to consider, especially since he knew she's a fan of his group.

How are you feeling?

"We should talk."
Jeongin turned off his phone before shifting his attention to Minho, who had been walking beside him as they headed to the cafeteria with the others. The younger boy wordlessly nodded in response, knowing he was referring to their conversation last night.
"So you met up with her?" the older boy inquired, cocking his eyebrow.
"Yeah..." Jeongin nodded in response, unsure where the conversation was going.
Minho hummed in acknowledgement. "Was she disappointed?" he asked jokingly.
"Disappointed?" A brief chuckle fell from the younger boy's lips, before he stopped to consider an actual answer. "I don't know..."
The older boy patted his friend's back assuringly. "You know I wasn't looking for an actual answer, right? It's already pretty obvious how she might've felt meeting you of all people."
Jeongin nodded in response, but he couldn't help but feel doubtful. Maybe she was disappointed that it was him. His lips pulled into a thin line as he started to question it, and Minho was quick to notice.
"Why did you meet up with her though? It was pretty late, you know." Minho wiggled his eyebrows suggestively, nudging his friend in the side with his elbow.
A groan immediately fell from the younger boy's lips before he lightly pushed his friend away. "She messaged me, and wanted to meet up. I had a feeling something was wrong, so I wanted to check up on her."
"Awe, that's so sweet, checking up on your girlfriend," Minho teased, a smile growing on his face.
"You're so annoying," Jeongin whined, pushing the older boy aside when he tried to approach him.
Minho let out a laugh, drawing some of their members' attention. They looked over their shoulder, watching as Jeongin tried to pry off the teasing the older boy.
"Are you going to tell the others?" Minho asked, throwing his arm over his friend's shoulder, as he cocked his chin towards their members.
"If I told them, then they'll tease me like you are right now." Jeongin groaned at the very thought, knowing they'll never let him live it down if they knew.
The older boy hummed in acknowledgment, eyes lighting up at the idea that popped up in his head. "I'll tell them for you."
"Please don't."
