a suffocated gasp escaped past the cold lips of scott mccall as his body was jolted forward from the icy cold water, his eyes bloodshot red, droplets of water scattering across his face, soaking his dark brown hair.

"i-i saw it, i know where it is." scott breathlessly choked out.

scott then stepped out of the tub, the water dropping on the floor around him, the mccall being welcomed by a warm towel being wrapped around him.

"we passed it, there's this stomp, a huge tree–––well, it's not huge anymore since it was cut down, but, it's still big though, really big." stiles says as he as well stepped out of the tub.

"i think it was the same place i found the locket." amaris murmurs, brows scrunched as if trying to remember.

aviva turned to look at the blonde girl, a confused look in her dark eyes. "what locket?"

"i was there too, in the car with my mother, we almost hit someone." allison says.

"me, you hit me!" scott stares at her alarmed.

jesse looks in between scott and aviva as if he was about to say something, just by the look on his face.

"shut up."

jesse grins over at the latina, who shot him a glare.

"we can find it." scott confidently says.

allison then noticed an uneasy look on isaac's face which made her confused. "what?"

"you guys were under for a very long time..." isaac whispers.

"and how long is a long time?" stiles questions.

"sixteen hours, and what scares me is that you guys could've breathe underwater for so long." jesse says in a blunt tone.

stiles' eyes widened in shock. "sixteen hours?!"

"and the full moon rises in less than four." deaton states.

scott made a choice to leave the clinic without telling anyone which stiles noticed and tried to stop him. "no, no, dude, you're not going back to them."

"i made a deal with deucalion." scott reminds.

stiles then looks around. "does anyone else thinks this feels like making a deal with the devil?"

"deucalion isn't evil, i'd like to think that life made him that way." aviva interrupts, her eyes then glancing over at allison. "or maybe–––a certain person with a six letter surname."

"very subtle." allison mutters.

stiles and isaac stares at the female mccall in disbelief.

issac then shook his head. "why does it matter, anyways?"

"because, i still don't think we can get jennifer without them." scott says.

"tell him it's a bad idea." allison looks over at aviva.

aviva turns to look at her brother. "scott? it's a bad idea." no kind of expression on her face.

allison rolls her eyes, knowing she was messing with her.

"i, personally don't think it is, circumstances like this sometimes require that you align with people you'd normally consider your enemies." deaton then says.

isaac scoffs in disbelief. "so, we're just going to trust the guy that calls his self  DEATH, DESTROYER OF WORLDS, are we seriously going to trust him?"
