"you didn't see them?"

isaac was sitting on the corner of the porch, her fingers slacked around the shield of the railing, allison looking at him in confusion, while her father looked over at her and at him.

"see who?" allison confusingly looks at him while sharing a concerned look with her father.

"there were five of them, they wore black, i couldn't...i couldn't see them–––their faces...they were covered..." isaac stammers out, swallowing harshly.

"you mean, like masks?" allison asks.

"...one of them, i could've seen their eyes, they were greenish-yellow, like a firefly..."

argent deeply frowns in confusion. "the security system wasn't triggered."

"then, how'd they get in?" allison asks.

isaac deeply exhales. "they didn't, it was like they came out of the shadows."

"do you know what that means?" allison looks over at her father, him keeping his self quiet. "...dad?" allison asks after a long pause.

argent looks over at his daughter, hesitantly responding. "...uh, i'm not sure."

"listen, the two of you, you can't say a word to anyone about this, okay?" argent sternly says. "you have to keep this away from everyone."

"everyone?" isaac asks as he stands up.

"just twenty-four hours." argent sighs out.

argent looks in between them with sharp glances then walked into the house.

allison sighs out, her then looking over at isaac with an awkward smile, brushing a piece of her short auburn hair behind her ear. "what do we do now?"

isaac's eyes twinkled, looking at her, which made the agent concerned by his stare and also a little terrified.

"...isaac?"

"there's a blacknight party tomorrow night, wanna be my date?" isaac offers.

allison frowns her brows in confusion at his offer, she knows that there seems to be something brewing between him and the blonde girl, so why ask her.

"why?" allison questions, giving him a skeptical stare.

"does it always have to be a reason?" isaac scoffs.

"yes." allison bluntly says, giving him a blank stare.

"okay, okay, i want amaris to see us, and if she does, then she'd stop being so stubborn and actually want to be with me, easy." isaac smiles.

"you seriously think this is going to work?" allison scoffs a laugh.

"what can i say? you bring out the worse in her, no offense." isaac says with a shrug.

allison softly laughs. "none taken."

walking inside the mccall's house there were familiar footsteps that ascended into the living room, the footsteps stopped abruptly seeing a dark shadow sitting next to a lying figure.

"why are you lying on the floor?"

"aviva, you..." jesse was saying as he sat up.

the dark curly haired man saw nikolai smiling innocently smiling right at his face which made him jump back.
