at the calavera compound where lydia martin and stiles stilinski were, they both had taken seats in a scheduled room, wanting to make a point for their surprise visit.
"severo hates these kinds of music." araya states, the sound of a loud base pumping through the four walls. "me? i've always loved the music of the youth, it has a–––savage energy."
lydia sighs out, an impatient tone laced on the tip of her tongue. "we're here for derek hale and aviva mccall."
araya calavera blankly looks back at them, her lips curling up in a smirk of amusement. "is that so?"
"we know you have them, we also have heard you can be bought." lydia states.
araya's eyes looked in between both teenagers, then she looked down at the table as she saw huge wads of cash being slammed down, her slowly looking at the stilisnki.
"that's fifty thousand for derek." stiles gestures, then he brought forward a set of more cash. "another fifty for aviva."
araya scoffs in amusement. "and where does a teenager boy get money like this? japanese mafia?"
araya took up one of the stash then threw it back down, her looking at the seventeen year olds with a smirk. "not smart to come alone."
stiles cockily grins at her. "what makes you think we came alone?"
araya's eyes flickered with anger as she realized something. "you brought a wolf into my home?"
stiles smugly smirks. "we brought an alpha."

araya exhales deeply. "my friends..." she calmly says. "i don't think you're aware of your poor timing, do you know what the dark moon is?"
"the dark moon is the part of the lunar phase when the moon is least visible in the sky." lydia answers.
"but, do you know its meaning?" araya questions.
"some people say it's time for reflection..." lydia trails off, her eyes filled with sadness as she thought of what she was saying. "...grief." she whispers.
"grief and lost, mija." araya corrects. "i wonder why, when your friends have suffered so much loss, you'd risk it for someone like derek hale." araya pressed.
stiles smirks. "because, we don't like to lose."
"we're not leaving unless we get aviva and derek."
araya hums. "is that so?"
lydia ignores her question. "you probably should take the deal." she strongly advises.
araya shrugs. "as keen as i am to heed the warning of a BEAN SÍDHE, i'm going to have to decline."
stiles groans in loud frustration. "come on! just give us derek! you don't want him anyway, haven't you noticed what a downer he is? no sense of humor, poor conversationalist..." lydia nods in agreement with him, stiles continuing while frowning deeply. "don't understand what made aviva fall for him, though–––but, you don't want him either way and neither do you have any reason for keeping aviva as a hostage."
"you want derek? keep him, but, aviva's staying here." araya smirks.
lydia frowns, looking at stiles, who didn't look at her, instead he kept his eyes on the huntress. "wh-wh–––why do- what do you gain from keeping aviva mccall?" stiles stammer out confusingly. "because, she's innocent, not like derek."
