"Red-winged blackbird guy!" You exclaimed in surprise, turning around to face the male. With a smile still on his face, the man opened his stormy gray-purple eyes in amusement. "Still going by that name, huh? And here I thought it'd be a one time nickname." He commented with a chuckle.

"You never did get around to telling me your name," You reminded him, "I believe that warrants me a free range of nicknames for you." The male raised an eyebrow, amusement growing in his expression looking into your serious yet still relaxed one. "Hmph. I suppose that's a fair point."

You hated that look. Oh, you hated it!

It reminded you so much of him. That false, sickly sweet smile. Ugh, it made you want to slap it right off his pretty face right now.

The challenging look in your eye clearly tipped the vagrant off to your suspicions. However, instead of being offended or surprised, his smile only grew - a slight glimmer of a crazed emotion flashing through those stormy eyes of his. It made you narrow your own.

Unaware of the underlying tension between the two of you, Fischl spoke up in greeting. "What ho! We meet again, vagrant of Inazuma. My retinue and I were just—" The porcelain faced male's eyes only lifted away from your's for a moment before Mona suddenly gasped in realization and rushed forwards.

You felt yourself shoved into Aether by Mona who was also squishing him. Within a moment, you felt yourself falling into a bubble of blue Hydro magic and appearing in another place entirely. Really off balancing, you know.

Meanwhile, the moment your group had disappeared, the smile over the vagrants face immediately dropped. His fist tightened in annoyance. "The first time, the Millelith were present. I had to forego the chance to strike down Mondstadt's beloved saviors. This time was the perfect moment... I was mere seconds away..." He lamented, anger rising by the second.

Scaramouche, The Balladeer — The Sixth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers — was just moments from triumph. (And likewise, you and Aether were just moments from an absolute beat down).

And a Red-winged blackbird? How ridiculous.

The large hatted male scowled. "Who was that mage? She could not have known who I am? Perhaps her powers reveal to her things unseen? How irritating... and that Anemo girl was right in my grasp, too...!" He hissed to himself, furious at the mere thought of that witch hat girl. Her hat wasn't nearly as impressive as his of course - and he was certain you thought that same.

"Soldiers!" Scaramouche called, and immediately, three soldiers rose out of the ground from an inky black depth in a kneeling position. "Sir!" They affirmed their presences respectfully. "Find them," he ordered simply, "And when you do..."

Before he could continue on with his demands, a large object flying overhead caught his attention. His eyes followed the odd thing as it traveled across the sky - that "thing" being a roundish large meteorite. "Another one?" He mumbled to himself.

From a cliff up above, a female Fatui soldier leaped down and landed in a kneeling position next to him. "My Lord! It's happening again! This is the largest one we've seen so far..." She reported emotionlessly aside from the urgency in her tone.

Scaramouche sighed and placed his hands on his hips. "They just keep coming... But so be it." He shrugged before turning around to address the soldiers behind him. "Move out! Change of plan, your prior objective remains in force. Continue to research the meteorites."

A male soldier stood up. "My Lord!" He called out, "Leave them to us! We will make short work of them!" He declared with clenched, determined fists.

Slowly, Scaramouche turned around with dilated pupils. "Are you deaf, or just stupid?" He hissed, causing the soldier the flinch and stumble back. "When did I give you the right... to issue your own orders?"
