Forth blinked.

"Do we deserve to get the flag, P'Forth?"

Forth sighed. He stood up from the stage. He looked across the field where the freshmen had their seniors behind them. He knew them.

And then Forth walked towards the flag. If he approved of the freshmen, he would hand the flag to Posh. If not, he would fold it.

Kongpob watched Forth take the flag and then walked to meet Posh again only to stop at the edge of the stage.

"N'Posh."

"Yes, P'Forth...?"

"You've completed the task understanding the true meaning of SOTUS, both symbolically and practically. Getting help from your seniors shows that you've earned their blessing... As Seniority.

You followed the Orders given.

You kept the Tradition alive by performing the chain push-up, which is one of the distinctive features of our tradition.

Forth jumped down from the stage to the ground, just one step ahead of Posh.

Forth smiled at Posh and handed her the FLAG. "Welcome to the Faculty of Engineering, freshmen."

Posh returned Forth's smile. She accepted the FLAG. "Thank you, P'Forth."

Forth nodded. "Announce it." He said gently.

Posh nodded. She wai-ed to Forth and then turned herself to face her people. She couldn't even say anything. She just waved the FLAG by making a big swinging motion with its pole.

"We did it!!!"
"Kyaaa!!!"
"We're truly Engineering students!!!"

Forth shifted his attention to Kongpob. Kongpob smiled at Forth and gave him a thumbs up while nodding.

Forth returned his senior's smile.

Beam chuckled over breakfast with Forth the next day. They were going to the beach for the GEAR CEREMONY.

"Pretty cool, P'Forth."

Forth laughed. "Seriously, I had a heart attack every time you guys failed! Damn! Are you only smart at the last moment?! Why not earlier?"

Beam chuckled.

"Do you bring your car to the Faculty?" Forth asked.

"No. I don't want to leave my baby in the Faculty parking lot overnight. It'll get cold." Beam shook his head.

"How do you plan to get to the Faculty then?" --- Forth.
"Walk. It's just a five-minute walk." --- Beam.
"Just hop into my car." --- Forth.
"You have a car?" Beam was surprised. Forth nodded.

"Then why do you always use your bike?" --- Beam.
"Faster and easier." --- Forth.
"Hm." Beam nodded.
"Wanna ride with me to the beach?" Forth asked.
