Maya: Just sit down.
Josh: (sits down)
Maya: (looks at the floor with teary eyes) Wow. This is hard.
Josh: Just tell me. Whatever it is, we'll get through it together.
Maya: That's the thing, Josh.
Josh: What do you mean?
Maya: (starts crying) We can't be together anymore.
Josh: What? Why?
Maya: I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.
Josh: Maya. Maya. Don't do this. Please. I love you. I love you so much. Don't do this to me. Don't do this to us.
Maya: Josh, I want to be with you. It's just tha-
Josh: It's just what?
Maya: (sobbing) I'm a mess. This is never going to stop. I'm not the one for you, Josh.
Josh: If this is because of Jenna, I'll do whatever it takes. She's just one person, Maya.
Maya: It's not just Jenna. I've realized that I can't be with you. You can't love me, Josh. You can't. If you do, you're going to suffer. I'd rather suffer alone than you suffer too.
Josh: (tearing up) Maya, I do love you. Even if we've known each other for only a few months, I know how I feel about you.
Maya: And I know what I feel about you. I love you, and this why I'm breaking up with you.
Josh: Maya, don't. Please.
Maya: You should leave now.
Josh: Maya-
Maya: Just go.
Josh: (walks up slowly and leaves)
