Maya's POV
Two weeks past. It was horrible. Sure I had Riley and all, but ever since she got a job, we barely see each other anymore. After all my classes, I bumped into someone.
Maya: (picks up her books off the ground) I'm so sorry.
Josh: (bends over and starts helping Maya) No I am.
Maya: (stands up with Josh simultaneously) Thanks. (starts to walk away)
Josh: Maya, wait! (grabs Maya's arm)
Maya: Josh-
Josh: Maya. Please listen to me.
Maya: (stands there waiting)
Josh: Why did you break up with me?
Maya: I already told you, Josh. I'm a mess, and I don't want you to get involved in all the drama.
Josh: But-
Maya: Josh, I gotta go. (leaves Josh)
I started to cry. Why am I so stupid? Why do these things always happen to me?
Josh's POV
I loved her. I still do. I need to get her back. I need to find a way to be together with her again.
