Riley's POV
Someone knocked on the door right after Maya said that the only way she couldn't be stupid was if someone in particular knocked on our door right now. Weird. Maya opened the door, only to see not Josh, but Jenna standing there with a furious look on her face.

Jenna: You bitch!

Jenna was about to slap Maya, but I jumped in front of her and knocked her arms down. I wasn't going to let Jenna hurt Maya. She's already broken enough.

Riley: What gives you the right to barge into our room like that?
Jenna: What gives that prick the right to make my boyfriend go against me and break up with me?
Maya: Josh broke up with you?
Jenna: Oh, don't act like you don't know.
Maya: What do you mean? I just found out. You told me.
Jenna: Like I would ever believe that weak excuse. You obviously did something to make Josh break up with me.
Maya: I would never-
Jenna: Shut up! You are worthless. You can't compare with me because I have actual friends. What do you have? Phh, little miss goody-two-shoes? She's almost as ugly as you.
Maya: Don't talk about Riley like that! She has nothing to do with this. If you're gonna hurt anyone, just hurt me.
Riley: Maya, no-
Maya: Its okay, Riles. You're not used to being hurt like this. I am.
Jenna: You mean like this?

Josh's POV
I can't believe it. Jenna and I are broken up. This is great! I've always wanted to break up with her, but there's always something in the way. Actually, this gives me an opportunity, a great opportunity. Maybe, if I'm lucky, I could ask Maya out on a date. I walked to her room, whose door was already open.

Jenna: You mean like this?

Jenna slapped Maya and pushed her to the floor.

Josh: Jenna! What are you doing?
Jenna: Josh! I just wanted to ask Maya if-
Josh: Oh, stop with the excuses, Jenna!

I helped Maya up and blocked her from Jenna.

Josh: You need to leave.
Jenna: This isn't over. I'll get my revenge.

By the time she left, Maya was already in tears. I asked if there was anything I could do, and Riley just said that Maya just needed some rest. I stayed for five more minutes, and when Maya was asleep, I left.
