Maya's POV
It's Saturday. Finally! I woke up at 9:00 A.M. and ate brunch with Riley. We haven't really hung out much since the whole Jenna incident.
Riley: So what are you gonna wear when you go out on that date with MY uncle?
Maya: I don't know yet, and I thought you were okay with me dating YOUR uncle.
Riley: I'm just teasing. Maya?
Maya: Yeah?
Riley: Are you going to be my aunt?
Maya: Can I?
Riley: You'll be older than me.
Maya: I already am older than you.
Riley: Oh yeah. I forgot.
Maya: I'm bored.
Riley: Me too. I know! We're gonna go shopping.
Maya: Riley, I don't have any money.
Riley: I know. But I do.
Maya: Riley, I can't just use your money.
Riley: You're right. I know! What if I just couldn't hold all this money in my hand and asked you to hold it? Then I just gave it to you?
Maya: Riles, that is sneaky and I AM FINALLY RUBBING OFF ON YOU! Ehh, I need the money. Plus I saw this dress that would look perfect with some matching shoes that I saw in Demolition.
Riley: ...Let's go!
We got dressed and went to Demolition, our favorite store. For a long time, we were simply having fun trying on different clothes. Then it went right to business. I saw the red dress and matching shoes that I saw the other day and tried them on. They were perfect! We bought them and went back to our room. 3:00.
Maya: I'm hungry.
Riley: Me too.
Maya: Taco Bell?
Riley: Taco Bell.
We walked to Taco Bell and shared one Nacho Bell Grande. Then we went back to our room again. 4:30.
Riley: Ok. Now lets give you a makeover. Get dressed into the dress and shoes.
I got into the dress and shoes. They were pretty. She straightened my hair. I kinda liked it straight. Then we did my makeup. Riley's idea, okay? For my eyes, I had smoky eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara. I put on a little blush, and for my lips cream lipstick. When I looked in the mirror, I couldn't recognize myself, but in a good way.
Maya: Wow.
Riley: YAY!
Maya: Thank you, Riley.
Riley: You're welcome.
I checked the time. 7:00. There was a knock on the door. This is it.
