As fun as it was being a dragon, Izuku realised that it was a bit of a fundamental mistake. He couldn't talk to the others. Even so, he didn't regret it, when the form had allowed him to destroy, quickly destroy, some of the buildings on the island. From the maps they'd drawn with the information given he'd destroyed the warehouses - which weren't that important - the fuel stores - which were and the research and development building.

From the corner of his eye, he could see that Gigantomachia was approaching the prison and so there were really only two more buildings that had to go. The command centre, or what they thought was the command centre and the guard house.

Ignoring the guards still firing at him, Izuku touched several lumps of concrete, using Ochaco's quirk. They shot into the air, and he immediately felt sick. It was kind of amusing, a green dragon, feeling green. He wondered if he could throw up in this form.

Before he could find out, Izuku gritted his teeth and guided the concrete with Caeli Imperium into position. He eyed the rocks critically. They weren't that heavy. He couldn't lift that much with her quirk and even having them slam into the building... It was going to do minimal damage. He would have to accelerate them. Or just ram into the building himself, in his dragon form. But perhaps the rocks would serve as a warning for anyone in there to evacuate.

He let them fall, doing what he could to accelerate them. It was a pity he couldn't use kilo on them to make them heavier, but that quirk only worked on him, which is how he'd managed to so easily destroy what he was sure were reinforced structures.

He let the rocks fall on the guard house before turning towards the Command centre. They thought it was the Command centre. The people they'd spoken to thought it was the Command Centre as well. Those who worked at Tartarus, even the Tartarus Controller weren't sure because they entered a rabbit warren of tunnels before they came to the Command Centre, and part of their contract was that they wouldn't try to track it.

The thought reminded Izuku that there were people under him, as well as relatively safe passages for them to escape into. With that knowledge he charged towards the Command Centre, and just before he hit it, he spun on his hind legs, concentrating on reinforcing his tail scales as much as possible and making sure that it weighed as much as he could.

It slammed into the building. It wasn't quite like a hot knife through butter, more like a cold knife through cold butter but he managed to get it halfway through the building before he had to wrench the tail out. Something scraped along it. Probably part of the reinforcing but Izuku was glad to see that his scales were scratched but not damaged further when he had a chance to look at it. He growled at the building and reared up to slam into it. His claws, and armoured form, combined with Kilo and his strength quirks did the trick and the building shuddered and the side that had been damaged by his tail collapsed.

The other half stood but it was kind of funny being able to look into the interior. It was kind of like a cutaway but one done with a really blunt knife and a shoddy understanding of straight. Izuku rammed his tail into the still standing half, and growled when it didn't collapse. The sweep of his tail cleared out most of the guards still firing at him, but he ignored their efforts. All the pain he'd gone through with Gigantomachia was worth it. He could feel the bullets, but they were like minor pokes... not even annoying.

Instead, he reared up again and crashed into the other half of the building, pulling it down, to increase the size of the rubble pile. From what the Tartarus Controller had told them, all the buildings had shelters in them, most of them in what would be the 'basement'. Destroying the building meant that no one could emerge from that shelter to bother them later and he didn't feel bad about that. He knew they could survive until someone dug them out.
