Jailanee was woken up to the sound of her alarm. She knew today was going to be a long one and she mentally prepared. Jai didn't want anything to go wrong, but with how unpredictable everything can be sat on her mind causing her to exhale deeply.

One thing for sure, Jai knows how to handle things and make the best out of whatever she's working with. Her mind was definitely set along with the paperworks she's been preparing for a while now. This upcoming meeting held weight, but she sat her worries aside before stepping out of bed.

Yawning and stretching, Jai prepared herself for the day ahead. She made her way towards the bathroom to freshen up before finding herself in the kitchen. Jai made herself some breakfast containing pancakes, eggs, and sausage. Within seconds her food disappeared from her plate, eating as if it was her last meal.

Though she knew Kamya wasn't awake she still texted the girl a good morning text. If she didn't, Jai wouldn't hear the end of it. A mischievous smirk came across Jai's face at the thought of Mya, the girl has been sitting on her mind for a while now. Memories of them together occupied Jai's mind occasionally.

The lie she told Mya caused her smirk to grow. Her whole plan was to meet Mya out in Miami especially since her business trip is there. Jai couldn't wait for the reaction she'll receive once they became face to face again. Just the thought of it alone left Jai's cheeks burning.

Right now she had to focus on getting to the airport. Jai made sure she had everything packed along with her briefcase full of documents. This meeting that she's holding would demonstrate the struggles of the small businesses trying to thrive. She hopes to find a solution to their problems and build funds to support them.

Her driver assisted her as they packed all her belongings into the black SUV. The drive through the city to the airport was filled with beautiful silence. The soft hum from the radio and the cars passing by filled Jai's ears.

The car came to a halt snapping Jai out of her thoughts. She gathered herself before stepping out of the vehicle. "Thanks for the drive, Gordan." She said.

"No problem ma'am, safe travels." He grinned before taking her belongings out the car for her.

The same hectic struggles of going to the airport started to arise. This was the main reason she despite traveling, she's even thought of owning her own private plane because of this. Once she finally made it through to her gate, she relaxed into the seat before the plane departed.

Jailanee took this time to catch a quick nap. Whenever she lands she doesn't know when she'll get a chance to actually rest. Before she got a chance to close her eyes, Kamya texted her.
