"Tell Jungwon I said hi," Sunoo remarked as the taxi stopped outside the slim building. It almost looked like it had been forced in between the apartment complexes on each side of it now that Jiyeon thought about it.

"I will," she breathed out and grabbed her bag as she opened the door, "Lin really enjoys your company, you know?"

"I know," Sunoo nodded and buttoned up his coat a bit once she had opened the door, "I try and visit her as much as I can. I've just been busy with some online crimes recently. Riki and I have been piled up in files and trying to break through firewalls and IP addresses."

"I'm just saying," Jiyeon hummed and turned to look back into the car, "she wants to get out. It'd be nice if someone would visit her some more."

"Well... you could," Sunoo pointed out and Jiyeon only shrugged.

"We'll see if my employer will give me more days off," Jiyeon murmured in amusement.

"It gets a bit unhealthy at times... his work ethic," Sunoo hummed and glanced up at the second floor behind her, "I'll see you."

"Sure you will," Jiyeon hummed and closed the door of the taxi, watching as it drove off.

First, when the taxi was around the corner did she turn on her heel and walked up to the house, greeting Mrs Mae the moment she stepped into the house.

"Where have you been?" Mrs Mae called out and rushed out into the front hall.

"The prison," Jiyeon murmured and glanced over at Mrs Mae with a small smile, "don't worry, she's harmless."

"It's not her I'm worried about. Jungwon's been looking for you all day," Mrs Mae remarked and Jiyeon frowned.

"I told him I'd be out of the house," Jiyeon remarked and Mrs Mae only shrugged.

A heavy sigh left Jiyeon before she pulled herself together and mounted the stairs. Pushing the door into their living room up with her shoulder. Almost immediately Jungwon had turned the corner and stared at her in bewilderment.

"You look like you've seen a ghost," Jiyeon remarked and casually closed the door.

"Where have you been?" Jungwon questioned, "I told you we had to go to the morgue today. The autopsy is in."

"It's been a week," Jiyeon pointed out, "besides. I already told you I wasn't available today. I visited Lin."

"Oh..." Jungwon slowly nodded and glanced over at her, "that's why you're dressed so prettily- wait, how did you get in?" he frowned.

"Sunoo," Jiyeon shrugged and wandered past Jungwon and into the kitchen. Grabbing a mug from the cupboard she put the kettle to boil some water.

"You know Sunoo?"

"Well, now I do," Jiyeon shrugged, "quite the gentleman actually. He was very sweet."

"Why do you know Sunoo?"

"He came here a few days ago. Told me Lin had asked for me and if I was free at some point during the week. I told you that very same day I was not home today," Jiyeon reminded and turned to look at Jungwon. A hand running through her hair in frustration, "what's so wrong with that?"

"Nothing," Jungwon frowned and glanced her up and down, "Sunoo made a comment about your clothes, didn't he?"

"He told me it was a very nice sweater I was wearing," she shrugged, "he did not make any disgusting-"

"Of course he didn't, he's Sunoo," Jungwon sighed heavily and ran a hand over his face. Still dressed in the white shirt and the black pin-stripe pants he insisted on wearing when on duty.
