With This Ring You Are Mine

Nervous was an underestimate, the whole week of planning the day for Accalia, Luna couldn't stop stressing out, couldn't sleep, couldn't keep her body under control in not revealing anything. She couldn't have Accalia dress cute or nice whenever they planned to go out, she didn't want to ruin the moment.
So they went out like always without dressing up, Luna did her best to keep her heart under control, spending the day full of fun.
To the mall for some shopping, lunch, out for a walk around the whole city, seeing everything that New Orleans has to offer.

From Bourbon Street to the French Quarter, to Main Street, just the two of them focusing on each other, whispered sweet nothing to each other's ears, so in love with each other, losing themselves chatting away and enjoying the day out, nothing else mattered.

Finally to a restaurant where they focused more on each other, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, ordering food and drinks, knowing the restaurant was perfect and as expected, a table was reserved thanks to Laz. Luna was glad he did this for her for her time with Accalia.

"So how did you manage to make a reservation here? Isn't it hard to get into?" "Oh I have ways." Winking at her, Accalia softly chuckled, she glanced around the whole restaurant, the red and gold, the chandelier, real fancy and quite exciting but a bit overwhelming yet decided to enjoy it, bask it all in, trusting Luna and clearly knows something, however didn't want to push it. Luna grinned, "I have heard this place is perfect for any occasion. And the wine is just incredible."

"But seriously though, this place is really huge and a big deal, did you really do this for me? Oh baby. It is such a beautiful and incredible restaurant, and so fancy that everything here looks expensive and interesting."

"Definitely is and yes, I wanted to show you how much I love you and wanted to treat you. I was lucky to get a reservation and it was quite crazy but worth it, being here with you and you deserve it." Luna gave her a smile, full of deep affection towards the woman in front of her, so special, she's everything to her and wanted to show her how much she cares and would do anything for her. Accalia sensed it and couldn't help but be jubilant with this beautiful and adventurous woman. Months of meeting, getting together, being marked, her Luna.

The whole meal, Accalia was expecting Luna to do something huge, nervy for some kind of thing to happened. Yet it never happened and calmed herself, smiling through dinner, never knowing what else Luna planned for them, planned for her.

Luna on the other hand thought of it, taking out the ring and proposed, however felt it in her to wait as it wasn't the moment. Even her wolf, Dia, made her wait as she too felt it was too soon for it.

Her heart began beating, she did her best to keep it under control and didn't let Accalia know about it.

A lovely evening after the restaurant, the two with their bags continued to walked around, enjoying the cool air, buying some ice cream, getting through the crowd and listening to the musicians, jazz playing around.

Each moment the two felt it, and each time it never happened, Luna didn't know why it was getting difficult to find the moment, it was nerve-wracking, her mind was full of ideas and voices to wait over and over and over that she had Dia to calm her down and control her heart from beating so much. Even Dia was getting annoyed, getting Luna to just do it, find a spot in the city, anything. She was annoyed during the evening she stopped helping Luna, letting her deal with her thing as she does what she always does, relaxing without Luna being annoying.

Luna rolled her eyes, knowing her wolf really well, she annoyed her so much she just made her suffer in silence.

Accalia held her hand tightly and made their way to the park, some people were out but they didn't paid much attention to them but with each other, finding a bench to sit and once they did, Accalia broke the silence, "You're anxious about something and you're trying so hard to hide it. Penny for your thoughts? Oh sweetie, you've been trying to hide it that you didn't enjoy the rest of the evening."

Luna sighed, "I'm sorry. Guess it is harder than I thought. And yes, I am trying to hide something from you, something special and perfect for you. You already know or guess what it is and I ruined it, did I? I wanted this night to be perfect."

"It is perfect."

"I know but I wanted you to have a great day, perfect date. Beautiful memories of us out and doing everything we want, you mean a lot to me and I never felt this way with anyone." Accalia placed her hand on Luna's chin and faced her, "Being with you during these months has been filled with memories and happiness. Sweetie, you don't have to stress yourself over something that I would definitely say yes to. And I figured it just now, take a deep breath. Don't overthink it."

Doing as she said, Luna took a deep huge breath, the air of the night blew a little, growing a smile, "You're amazing, always know what to say and guess you know everything about me now since we've been together for months now."

"Oh I certainly have. And it's enough to let me know how to take care of you, get you to calm down and be you. Is what I love about you, so damn much. How nervous are you? I kept noticing how you tried to keep your heart under control, pretty impressive but you shouldn't tried so hard, not sure if that's a great thing to do."

Luna chuckled, "Yeah I was so damn nervous, weeks now, you noticed I haven't slept well for weeks, well all for you. I kept trying to do it the whole night but something in me kept telling me it wasn't the moment, telling me to wait. Dia got tired of me, I want you to know how much I really love you and how committed I am to you." Accalia kissed her cheek, softly caressing her cheek, "I already know how much you love me, how much you care about me and you're always there whenever I need to talk to. Whenever I need some space but you have a way to be there, you always know how to make me smile, happy, laugh, and be annoyed and angry. I want all of that to continue as that's what a relationship real. It's what makes us real."

Luna warmly smiles, touched by her words and want the same thing. More with her as they continued on with their relationship. "I can't see myself without you in my life anymore, you're definitely my person. I love our talks, arguments, everything else. I love you."

Accalia smiled, "I love you too. So damn much."

Luna confidently and nervously took out the small velvet box, "Found the moment, the perfect moment. Accalia, will you marry me?"

Accalia felt tears forming, smiling happily, "Yes. Yes I will marry you."

Placing the ring, making it official, they shared a passionate kiss, the ring sparked under the night sky, Luna chuckled through the kiss, "Forever?"

"Forever."

"I love you, Accalia."

"I love you too, so much, Luna. This is our moment."

"Best moment."

Sharing a kiss again, finally arriving home, keeping the news to themselves.
Sharing a tender moment together, losing themselves with their bodies, passionate lovemaking, hours upon hours, savoring each other's bodies, hands intertwining.

Bodies moving in rhythm, full of love, pure pleasure and happiness as they continue on, passionately kissing. Embracing their new future together.
