Valentina and Vanessa were nervous but agreed to do this, they knocked on Seth's door, and entered as he gave them the okay.

Vanessa cleared her throat, "Hey we just wanted to talk. We didn't get to talk much and it has been three days now but let's talk."

Seth nodded, "Oh okay, yes."

Valentina's eyes went to his shoulder, the best he tried to wanting to hide it, he can't. She softly sighed, "So, since you are marked, I understand the bond between you and Alistair is quite strong and the pull of wanting to be with him but sweetie, remember. To stay safe, you can spend time at his place but we prefer it if you don't spend some nights."

Vanessa interjected, "Doesn't mean you can't it's just, not all the time. You know? Look, we would prefer it if you at least give us a call. If you're planning on staying the night."

Valentina nodded, "You are 18 and can make your own decisions and is an adult but not completely one just because you're 18. You're still part of this family and we don't want you thinking you have free range. We just want to make sure you are safe and understand we care and you are always welcome here. Yes you and Alistair are mates which was fast but please take your time. Enjoy being a kid and have fun, don't rush anything. What we're trying to say is don't let the relationship change you. I know it can be exciting and amazing."

"An experience to try different things and..."

Seth stopped them, "No I get it. I understand what you're trying to say, don't go over there so much, and I understand I should've called you two about me probably coming home late or the next morning. I shouldn't have lied and I'm sorry for that. And I know it's a lot to process with me receiving this mark and knowing I'm mates with Alistair. It's really alot but I'm trying to understand and figuring it out. Calling you both to let you know if I'm spending the night over at Alistair would happen, I want you guys to know where I'm at. I won't take advantage of it, and yes it is exciting to be in this new relationship I never had before and experienced... The other incredible feeling. I won't spend so much time over there, I'll remember to limit my time over at his place and with him. Yes he's older and more experienced but I'm mindful for what we're doing."

Vanessa softly smiled, "Remember to enjoy yourself but not too much. Your curfew will still be 11, and yes I understand it's strange still but this is your home too. Some weekends, you can't spend the night, remember you're 18 and living with us."

Before Seth could talk, Valentina hurried to get a word, being mothers and even mothers to a child that they took in, "Just wait until you're older, 20 or 21 is probably the best age to do whatever the hell you want. Spend nights, hell, stay over as much as you want. You're the first we have to give this talk, especially you receiving the mark which still freaking surprises us! And first time having sex? Oh we're giving you this talk so we can know what we say to the others. Right babe?" "Right. Yes. Very much."

Seth couldn't help but chuckled, clearly they are nervous and were so unprepared but he let them talk and just listened. All while his phone is under the covers with Alistair on the phone, really hoping he hang up and not listening in, he spoke, "I get it, I really do and I really appreciated it. You two have done a lot, taking me in after my parents kicked me out, being openly gay without judgement from you two. Being safe, I would never do anything to disrespect your rules or house."

Valentina and Vanessa each gave him a hug, Vanessa softly kissed his forehead, "You can always come to us, you're our kid, just remember, sex isn't everything in a relationship."

"It takes patience and trust. And when you and Alistair are weeks into your relationship, or a month, either way, bring him over so we can meet. We can meet and have dinner with him. Meeting the man who caught your eye and marked you as his partner and mate."
