Students at Stellar are crazy.
They show up at an illegal street race. They show up at the math competition. They also bother to show up at a random volleyball game.
And still there are parties almost everyday? Talk about being jobless.
I mean, I participate in all of those things so maybe I'm more jobless.
I run my fingers through my hair, walking through the sand.
"Yo, Abbott!" Elion yells from the side, "You're on our team, come on."
Shielding my eyes from the scorching sun, I look towards Elion's voice.
And by our, he means...Elion, Naina and Nova. Of course, Nova.
She's dressed in a black tank top with grey shorts, hair pulled in a bun.
Looking absolutely deli– "The game's about to start, come on. First me and Naina go, then you and Nova."
I didn't fail to notice the wink on Elion's face after he said that.
Man, I won't survive.
After Elion and Naina walk away, it's the most awkward situation I've been in.
Oh God, save me.
The chatter of the crowd isn't enough to drown my thoughts.
And the hot redhead next to me is not helping me stay collected. Focus, Theo.
I've never been in a serious relationship, I don't know what love feels like.
Read about it in books, seen movies and yet the only type of love I've seen is platonic or family.
Except, Naina and Ronan, of course.
No one would expect a non-chalant and rude guy to love a girl that much.
I notice Nova looking at me, and realise she asked me a question I definitely didn't hear.
"Huh?"
"I asked if you know how to play." Hands folding against her chest. Holy. Guacamole.
"Eyes up here, you jerk." She snaps her fingers in front of me.
