22. so you fucking know her?!

weeks had passed and turned into a year and that time of the year had once again come.
members were gathered around to murmur and talk about the new people in black cloth masks.
the arriving of the newbies.

calum and wolf were holding each other's hand while they were watching the people talk and murmur about nothing.

dean appeared again, in his usual clothing. unmasking everyone and calling names.

luckily, wolf didn't get a trainee because she had trained someone last year.
calum, needed to be three years in the service to be a trainer.

"hyena!" dean called as he unmasked a girl with strawberry blond hair, she was very pretty.

as soon as calum got a glimpse of her face, he let go of wolf's hand.

wolf was puzzled, she wondered why calum let go of her hand once dean unmasked the girl who was crying.

"calum, what's wrong?"

"nothing." calum wrapped his arms around wolf's shoulder and took his eyes off the newbie.

"calum?" a very feminine voice asked from another table at the eating room.

this made wolf turn around furiously. her eyes were serious as she looked at the girl. "do you know her?" she asked loudly.

calum, who was currently chewing his food, turned around and swallowed real hard, "no i don't."

the truth is, my friends, the girl was calum's girlfriend and he thought that by lying about it would help everything out. he didn't feel the same about the girl anymore, he didn't love her no more.

"calum, it's me, lauren!" the girl stated, looking back at the boy hopefully. "i'm your girlfr-"

everyone remained quiet as the sound of wolf's chair loudly interrupted everyone who was speaking, "you are what?!" her voice was so loud and angry.

"calum, tell her." lauren said and this made wolf even more mad. she hated the girl's voice, the girl's way of speaking, the girl's eyes. everything about the girl. she felt this unusual kind of jealousy wrapped around her.

"lauren, please." calum gently spoke.

this made wolf raged with anger, "so you fucking know her?!" she once again said, walking away from the room with heavy footsteps.

"i don't know, harry. i hate everyone right now. i'm so glad niall and you-"

"just like the old times!" zayn interrupted lousily as he entered the place.

the area was their old hang-out place, it was initially a place made for people who love to talk and drink beer but they made it an eating place.

wolf carelessly rolled her eyes at the sight of zayn. a year had passed and she wasn't bitter about it anymore, considering the fact that they talked and made it clear. zayn was nothing like he was before, he changed-he was more matured.

"so what's the problem over here?" zayn asked, sitting down beside harry.

"see, our little princess over here, is getting jealous over a newbie because of her calum guy." harry explained, drinking from his bottle.

"it's like they know each other and the girl said she was calum's girlfriend." wolf inhaled as she said this and pictures entered her mind, calum and lauren banging inside a room, calum and lauren in the park.

"you should definitely ask calum first." niall said in his thick irish accent, during times like this, niall was the only one who could say something that actually helps.

"but he dropped my hand when dean unmasked the the girl." wolf's blood boiled as she mentioned this, this was the thing couldn't get over with.

the three boys looked at each other with confused looks.

"say something!" wolf yelled, loosing her cool.

"hmmm, we'll talk to calum about it. chill out, wolf, he loves you." harry said with a wink. "right zen?"

zayn nodded with a grin, "hey wolf, i know times had been rough between us but i have to say this, i'm sorry for treating you poorly. i was a dick."

"it's okay zayn, it's done, the important thing is you can now treat a girl the way she deserves to be treated, i'm happy for you and lynx. im so proud of you." she replied with a smile.

the four laughed and talked about everything from how niall hooked up with fox at the party to harry planning to marry hyena.
