The new soon to be bae

Cameron came over 5 minutes later to hangout with me in my room. He saw I needed some help with unpacking my boxes and offered to help. I thought it was sweet of him to offer so I accepted. We started cutting open the boxes with a knife and taking stuff out. We put it all on my bed and he saw there was a piece of glass on the bedroom floor that I hadn't noticed. 

Cameron: " What's that?"

Me: " Um... Just some glass that I broke."

Cameron: " How did you brake it?"

Me: " I smashed it with a hammer."

Cameron: " Why?"

Me: " My boyfriend and I broke up. I dumped him."

Cameron: " I'm sorry. What happened?"

Me: " He cheated on me." 

Cameron: "Oh I am so sorry. What happened."

Me: " He went to my best friends party and played spin the bottle. It landed on his ex girl friend and so when the game was over a moment sparked I guess and they started kissing."

Cameron: " Dang. What does that have to do with the glass?"

Me: " I smashed his pictures with a hammer."

Cameron: "Oh wanna take a break from unpacking and go for ride?"

Me: "Yeah sure."

We went down stairs to the garage and got my motorcycle out. I told my mom we were leaving and she said okay. We got on our bikes and started riding down the street. We went to a different place in Texas this time. He took me to some bridge that had a big open area down beneath it and some water, he said it's called the Trinity. We  took a left at an opening just as we were about to get on the bridge and rode our bikes all the way down to the bottom. We meet up with only Max and Janet this time.

Max: "Hey Kate Cameron told me your boyfriend cheated on you I'm sorry you deserve better."

Me: "Thanks."

Max: " What you wanna do." 

Me: " I don't know. Actually I just want to relax."

Cameron: " Okay."

Max: " Luckily I packed a picnic basket for all of us. 

Janet: "You packed a picnic?"

Max: " It's the breakup cure"

We all sat down on the ground on a blanket that Max brought in the basket. We got everything out and started eating, we had a turkey sandwich orange soda, grapes, water, some chicken, and some Cheese Cake. I guess he remembered I hate pie.  We all started eating and drinking our soda. We eventually finished it all and were full as pigs on a farm according to Max. We didn't really have anything to do so we just laid down on the blanket. Max was next to Janet and Cameron was next to me. We were all talking and then Janet asked if she could talk to me privatley.

Janet: "Hey Kate can I talk to you for a second?"

Me: "Sure."

She pulled me over to the side and we started talking.

Janet: " Well I have a question and please don't freak out."

Me: " Okay."

Why am I not surprised she always has a question.

Janet: " I was wondering, can you give me lessons on how to get a boyfriend?"

Me: "Um... What's going on?"
