This might not be completely what the comment requested, but I hope it's good enough anyway! And I am not an ice skater so moves might not be completely possible/accurate.
Grian is a parrot hybrid

Also, this is a Scarian story (not heavily), don't like? Don't read. Enjoy!! <3

Grian grapped the iceskates in one hand, and took off, his parrotwings carrying him through the sky. He quickly reached his destination - The snowy taiga, it was the nearest snow-biome, and in the middle of the spruce trees was a lake surrounded by hills. He had grown a passion for coming here whenever he was bored as he had practised iceskating for a long time - and it was a nice break from everything else.

He was wearing a home-knit red sweater, and a green scarf . The avian had to put more layers on than most of the hermits, he was a parrot-hybrid after all, so he got colder quicker than human, the excotic bird-part of him needed warmer climates to live in, but a few hours here wouldn't hurt.

The parrot landed gracefully beside the frozen lake, putting on his skates, before pushing himself off the ground and onto the ice.

Scar put the axe down with a heavy sigh, his breath visible in the cold air, he was out in the snowy taiga collecting spruce, since he had run out of both bonemeal he had no way to grow new trees from the saplings he had. He stood up and stretched, drying the sweat off of his forehead with the back of his hand. The brunette looked around at the deforestation he had caused, when he saw a flash of color through the trunks of the spruce. Curiosity got the best of him and he decided to check out the source of the colors. He pushed the prickly needles of the spruce away to discover a low clearing with a frozen lake in the middle. His eyes widened with amazement as he saw the hermit in the middle, skating on the ice as if it was as easy for him as flying.

Grians body moved with grace, gliding backwards with one leg on the ice and the other extended behind him. The parrot continued the elegant dance on the ice, his body flowing from one side in on position to the other side of the lake in another - twisting and turning, carving intricate patterns in the ice. The skater grabbed one of his iceskates with one hand, the other hand extended in the air and the other leg spinning, carving circles into the ice. The twists slowed down and soon came to a halt. The blonde gracefully skated forward again, before jumping into the air, spinning a few times, his wings flapping to help keep his balance as he landed on ice again, his leg extending out behind him as he smoothly skated backwards.

Scar held his breath at the beaty and grace of the parrot, he had always been fond of the blonde, his bubbly personality had always been captivating, and Scars heart had been captured from the start. The brunette had never thought to confess the bubbling crush that would make his hearth thump every time Grian was near, because there was no way he was lucky enough the avian liked him back. The brunette sat down on a fallen log and enjoyed the continued show on the ice.

The parrot sped up on the ice, before leaping into the air, spinning in a flash of color before landing on the ice with a quiet scrape of his iceblades, straightening himself before getting ready for another jump, and then a third. Then he slowed down and soon stopped while one of his legs lifted from the ice, bending backwards, the other leg spinning while his upper body arched backwards. The colorful wings spread out to their full glory, as to not get in the way and help keep his balance.
