Okay, so this is based on "Jinglehiemer's Candy Factory - Minecraft Mini Movie" made by Taurtis, (it's from 8 years ago) and if you haven't seen it, you don't need to, but it's only 7 minutes and pretty funny.

"Guys! It's Halloween today!" Scar exclaimed as he joined the group of hermits around the campfire at spawn, the grass painted the fiery color of the fallen leaves. "You know what that means?" He asked, looking around the group of adults, "We can go trick or treating!" He finished as nobody answered his rhetorical question, Grian chuckled beside him, "Don't you think we're a little too old to go trick or treating Scar?" He asked his boyfriend, planting a small kiss on his cheek, Scar looked to the ground, "I- no" He mutters and the parrot smirks, "me too!" he exclaims and with a wave of his hand, magic warps around them revealing matching costumes. Wizard robes hugged their figures, Grians were dark red, and gold and Scars were deep blue with silver outlines, the cape draping over him shining like a galaxy. "Grian! How did you do that!?" Scar exclaimed and Grian smirked, "magic! Happy Halloween Darling."
"Can we wait ten minutes with continuing this? I need to go and get my costume?" Mumbo asked and soon all the hermits hurried away to get their own costumes on. Among them all there was a diverse collection of costumes. The ones that caught Grians attention the most was the ones first back from their costume change: Mumbo was dressed as a vampire, Pearl a moth, Gem a fairy and Impulse was dressed as an imp.

"Are you all ready for a scary story?" Tango asked and the group cheered, Impulse having brought popcorn and Mumbo a few red sodas he insisted was blood. "This one is real and happened a long time ago, 50 years to be exact" Tango started his story, his voice low and the hermits waiting in anticipation for the next sentence, the only other sounds being the faint howls of owl and the campfire cackling with cozy heat in the afternoon air. "Two young trick or treaters were on their way out on Halloween night to get their loot for the night, their goal was as much candy as possible, then one of them had a brilliant idea. In their city laid a mansion belonging to a man called Jingleheimer, it was rumored that he was so obsessed with candy he had built a giant candy-factory under his mansion, a machine so grand it was able to produce over ten thousand pieces of candy a day!" Tango told and as the story went on Grian though it sounded increasingly familiar, he had been trick or treating with Taurtis in Jingleheimer's mansion, but surely that was just a coincidence he thought to himself.
Tango continued the story, "They believed him to be dead so they set out on their big adventure, it was a dark night and - just like in any good horror story - the faint rumbling of thunder could be heard as they entered the mansion. They were met with creepy songs and animatronics that tried to kill them when they entered. They managed to slip unscathed by the animatronics and down into the basement. Lights flickered on as they entered a grand hall, a silhouette standing at the far end of the hall. He was tall and instead of a head he had a pumpkin, it was said to be glowing of evilness," Tango held a cinematic break, "Nobody knows what happened to the two trick or treaters that night, but they were never seen again... and as for Jingleheimer, he was said to have died from an overconsumption of candy, or maybe he ate the trick or treaters... who knows?" He finished and Grian knew it wasn't a coincidence. That was the story of him and Taurtis, but they weren't killed by Jingleheimer, he was actually quite nice and gave them all the candy their heart desired, he even watched existential horror movies with the two of them, but he hadn't heard anything of Jingleheimer since Taurtis died, maybe he was all alone again in the big mansion?
"Hey! You're so mean to my good friend Jingleheimer! How do you know he wasn't really nice and gave the trick or treaters all his candy?" The blonde accused and a few hermits chuckled, "How do you know he didn't kill them?" the blaze gave again, and the parrot rolled his eyes, "uhh, because I was one of the trick or treaters and I'm very much alive, duhh."
Another round of laughs was earned and Grian smiled. "Grian, this was 50 years ago, aren't you like 23?" The blaze asked and Grian shrugged, then Scar perked up. "Hey X, can't you teleport us there! We can explore the mansion and take all his candy since he is probably dead anyway!" he asked but X shook his head, "No, it could be dangerous"
"Come on X, we're a lot of players with diamond swords, nothing will happen!" Another hermit begged and just like with children, once the hermits want to do something, nobody can talk them out of it, so the admin eventually caved and reluctantly agreed. A portal was opened and soon the whole server of Hermitcraft was standing outside the Jingleheimer Schmid Mansion. It was just like Grian remembered it, the overground front garden and the obsidian surrounding the unlocked door. "The security isn't that great," the parrot stated as he opened the door with a creak, "just like I remember it" he then added to lighten the sense of fear slowly creeping in on the hermits, a few chuckled as they entered the door into the dark room.
Lights flickered open as a creepy tune played, the same one Grian had heard 50 years ago, except the words were even more difficult to understand this day. Spotlights came on and drew their attention towards the half-broken animatronics, the one in the middle had a red shirt and the ones to the sides had a pink and blue shirt on, their faces were covered in wire, and they were slowly moving towards the group of hermits. As the animatronics neared the group, they took a frightened few steps back and raised their swords, but nobody dared to attack.
Then they shut down, and the sound of pistons could be heard, a hole in the floor had opened. "Should we enter?" Impulse asked the rest and X hesitated, "I don't know, if Tango's story is true, we should probably return home..."
Grian was not having any of that, he wanted a reunion with his old friend, "pfftt, we've come so far, we're not backing off" he stated and took the first few steps down the staircase, quickly followed by Scar that wouldn't let his boyfriend out of sight, and then the rest of the hermits.
They arrived at a grand hall and at the end they saw a black silhouette. The silhouette turned around and the room was lit a little up by the lights from his Jack-O-lantern head.
"Ahh well, what do we have here? Another pair of brave and adventurous trick-or-treaters after the ultimate big score, mhhh?" Jingleheimer asked as he walked towards the group of scared hermits.
The hermits raise their swords as they realize it's the one and only Jingleheimer from the story Tango told, "H-he should be dead!" Tango whispered and the parrot shrugged. "Yeah well, that is what the trick or treaters from your story thought too" Grian stated and took a few steps towards the man nearing them, "Hey John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmid!" He smiled at the man who paused and looked at the man in front of him, the light inside his pumpkin-head flickering in surprise. "Grian? What are you doing here? And who are your friends? Where's Taurtis?"
"Oh, these are the hermits, they're from my new server, and um, T-Taurtis is dead" Grian replied, his voice cracking at the reminder. Grian didn't know it was possible for a pumpkin to look sad, but that was what John Jingleheimer Schmid did, "I'm sorry, why are you all here?"
"We were hoping to get some candy if that's alright, and I was hoping we could watch some bad horror movies together and catch up since last time" Grian suggested, and Jingleheimer nodded in agreement, liking the idea of hanging out with an old friend since it was getting lonely all alone in the grand mansion.
Grian finally turned to the confused hermits, "Grian, how do you know him?" the blaze asked and the watcher smiled," Oh, I was one of the trick or treaters from that story you told, as you can see he didn't kill us, and we became friends!"
"But that was 50 years ago Grian, how are you alive and still looking twenty?" Xisuma asked and Grian scratched the back of his head, "Oh. Umm. I'm immortal basically"
"WHAT? How did that happen!?" Mumbo asked and Grian shrugged, he could tell the story but it was too long, so he decided on telling another fact that technically was true, but not the reason he became immortal. "I befriended Death"
"You have some weird friends Grian"
